  100% Professional and courteous service! Thank you! My OEM windshield looks great, everything is working great and the work was completed sooner than expected. Thank you also for the small thoughtful services - such as moving my safety sticker to the new windshield and providing sticky adhesive so I can attach the ezpass transponder to the new windshield. Great service and experience all around.

  8I first made an appointment for four weeks ago. On the day of service the installer noted that a part was missing, so the installation could not be completed. It was rescheduled for the following week. On the day of the second appointment, I received a message that the new windshield had arrived without the same part and installation would be rescheduled when the right piece came in. The following week I called to inquire as it had now been about two weeks from my initial call, and rescheduled for the following Thursday. Today, Wednesday, I was told that a delay in transit for my windshield required rescheduling for Saturday. This will be 4 weeks from the initial install date! I am not counting on getting my windshield on Saturday. We shall see...... Update... Saturday morning and I got the call. Part is still "in transit". No windshield today. I will be calling my insurance company to see if ANYONE else can do this. My car is a newer (post 2020) Prius. How hard can it be to get a windshield in stock for a common car? Oh, and "Sorry for the delays Dave", is pretty darn lame. FOUR weeks now.

  I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite Auto Glass, and the experience was excellent.   Staff was very kind, understanding, and professional. Was very knowledgeable about different cars when my boyfriend inquired about his windshield for his car from overseas while mine was being serviced. Service was very quick (about 2 hours) and done very well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at their services.
