  My technician, Troy, was outstanding. He called on the way with his ETA, when he arrived, and when he was done. He was so kind and professional. And did a beautiful job on the windshield replacement! Highly recommend Safelite and Troy’s great services.

They offer various payment options, and their well-trained technician came directly to me, kindly explaining the work and providing meticulous, professional service. My technician, Oscar was great; he explained the procedure, completed the job neatly and perfectly, and shared important post-service instructions. He also took the time to adjust my driver's seat and steering wheel to the right positions, securely mounted the room mirror to the windshield, and even thoughtfully applied new adhesive tape to the back of my E-ZPass. I was thoroughly satisfied with Oscar's service, so I highly recommend Safelite and want to commend Oscar for his outstanding work. 👍👍👍

  Price wise it was ok. Got attitude because I was about 10mins late, emm sorry but ok. Nobody was at the desk so had to wait another 10 minutes to get checked in. Work completed fairly quickly but v.basically, things like seating the wipers was done wrong, so it hits off the bonnet when you lift them. It'll take me maybe 10 - 20 mins to do if I have the right socket. Not worth the drive back. There's a gasket around the windshield that looks a little funky, like it was just hurried and not seated cleanly. I guess I need to wait for rain to see it's ok. Nothing was cleaned off the cowl which isn't a big deal but I kind of would have expected you'd need to do that to ensure good sealant contact. Overall Safelife was just OK, again need to see if it holds out in the rain.

  Oscar was exceptional with his work, manner and all-around excellent service he replaced my entire windshield within 2 hours and then came back to fix the microphone cord that was hanging down after install. Thank you OCSAR!

  Great service and completed on time. Team at safelite in Fairfax VA went above and beyond. Insurance company authorized aftermarket windshield for my Audi Q8 Etron but they knew better and ordered OEM windshield due to complexity. And justified to insurance company on my behalf! Audi dealership told me aftermarket glass would have caused cascading set of problems for me. Not many people go above and beyond these days…probably saved me a lot of trouble down the road. Big “Thank you” to Fairfax Safelite!
