I connected with the company through my insurance. The price was very reasonable compared to competitors. My installer, Brian, called me before he got started to talk about the risks to an embedded antenna my car had. He told me how long the process would take. He met with me after the installation and answered all of my questions. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely go back to Safelite.

Oscar did an excellent job replacing my windshield through Safelite’s mobile service. He was friendly, professional, and thorough, explaining the process and aftercare instructions clearly. I appreciated his attention to detail and the convenience of having the work done right at my location. Highly recommend Oscar and Safelite!

Driver-side window on my company truck was completely smashed. I booked the Fairfax shop on Dorr Ave (Merrifield) because rain was coming — I normally do mobile. Time estimates kept changing: about an hour when I scheduled, text reminder said 1.5 hours, front desk said up to 2 hours when I arrived on time. At 2.5 hours I had to ask what was going on. A clip broke during the repair and they were out of the part, so they zip-tied it so I could leave. First visit ran almost 3.5 hours on a Friday afternoon when I already had other commitments. When they brought the truck out I tested the window and it scraped badly from glass that hadn’t been cleaned out. Arnaz Gonzales came out, owned the problems, explained what happened, and asked me to bring it back so he could make it right. I did the following week. That visit ran about 1.5 hours instead of an hour, which I planned for. When Arnaz was done he walked me through the repair and it was 100%. The scheduling and first-pass work were frustrating. Arnaz is the reason this didn’t stay a bad experience. He was professional, clearly knew the job, stayed in front of the issue, and made sure I left satisfied. If this shop recognizes people off Google reviews, he earned it.

They replaced my windshield in 2024 as a warranty repair . In reinstalling the cowling at the bottom, it was buckled. The service director told me that it would eventually go flat. Two years later, it has not. I took the car to the dealer where they told me that the clips had been damaged and the entire cowling had to be replaced. Not only that, but the windshield washer nozzles had to be replaced as well. This has cost me $1000. I’d call somebody but they have relegated all customer service to their answering machine.
