  Lee seriously saved my day! My tire went flat on the way home and wouldn’t hold any air. Luckily, I was only a few minutes away from Mr. Tire in Fairfax. I got there about 45 minutes before Lee was supposed to leave, and he replaced both of my front tires right away. He was a huge help and definitely saved my day. Thanks again, Lee!

  Samira and Mr.mikee was awesome, they were almost about to close and they still served me and my wife . We appreciate it them so much 5 star service!!!!!

  My tire had a puncture and was rapidly losing air. It was down to 2 PSI, so I couldn’t safely drive anywhere else. This was the closest tire shop, and I arrived around 4:00 PM on July 25. The employee refused to help and simply said, “I don’t change Tesla tires.” I asked why, but he wouldn’t give any explanation. My family, including my children, was in the car, and this was a very stressful situation. The receptionist went inside to speak with the employee, but he again refused to change the tire. I had to find a mobile tire service through Google and wait for them to come to the parking lot to replace it, wasting a lot of time during an emergency. I hope the manager is aware of how customers are treated at this location. Refusing to help someone whose tire is at 2 PSI, especially with a family in the car, is unacceptable. Tesla owners, be aware before coming to this Mr. Tire location.

  I had a great experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, and I especially want to recognize Shamira Shama at the front desk. She is an incredibly hardworking, professional, and welcoming lady. From the moment I arrived, she treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. She kept me informed throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Shamira, for your outstanding dedication and professionalism. You truly made my visit a positive experience.
