  Would do zero stars if possible. AC is a total scam! Don't fall for it. They charge you $300 and pretend they're going to detect a leak with dye only for the AC to stop working the next day and they want you to pay more because the "very expensive" refrigerant must have leaked out. Google AC recharge... it's a scam!

  We had an amazing experience at Mr. Tire in Dunn Loring! We showed up right before closing, and Michael didn’t hesitate for a second—he literally jumped out to help us right away. His urgency and willingness to assist made all the difference. He quickly identified the issue with our tire and got the car taken back immediately. Even though it was late, he made sure everything was taken care of fast and professionally. That level of customer service is rare these days! Huge shout-out to him for going above and beyond—he truly cares about customers. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, friendly, and reliable service!

  Absolutely terrible experience. I came in with a simple flat tire after a long day of work and was treated with a level of rudeness that was completely unnecessary. The employee who checked me in (possibly the manager) was dismissive, argumentative, and seemed annoyed that I was even asking questions. English is not my first language. In Portuguese, we call a spare tire a “step,” so I asked if it would be possible to simply replace my damaged wheel with the spare so I could get home. Instead of politely explaining that it wasn’t possible, he responded in a rude and aggressive tone: “WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?” I wasn’t asking for special treatment. I was asking a simple question because I was stranded with a flat tire and trying to understand my options. A professional would have taken 10 seconds to explain the situation. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I mentioned I had never been to this Fairfax location before, he actually argued with me about it. I’ve never experienced a business trying to tell me where I have or haven’t been. This should have been a straightforward tire replacement. Instead, it became one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The tire was fixed, but the way I was treated guaranteed that I will never return. There are plenty of tire shops in the area that know how to speak to customers with respect. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. 0/5 for customer service.
