  While I like my Subaru I will never buy one again. I had a side tire puncture on tires that were 48,000 miles. I had to replace all 4 due to the symmetrical AWD. A new tire throws it all off. Billy and Michael were helpful gave an out the door quote and fit me in the next day. I highly recommend this location.

  Mr. Tire and this specific location saved my life! A mile from the store I noticed a part of my front left tire, previously hidden, was shredded down to the wires! I was horrified and called around. Everyone was telling me "tomorrow" or even two days for an appointment. I'm not even from the DMV, just passing thru, so the need was even more dire. I felt the tire would blow at any second. This Mr. Tire, as busy as they were, made time/room for me. Less than 90 minutes later, I was rolling... feeling secure, relieved. It was FAR less expensive than I expected and they even gave my dogs water and treats on a hot July day! I truly feel like I hit the jackpot that day and will FOREVER sing their praises. Everyone there was nice, professional and efficient.

  Do not not not patronize this establishment. They are very dishonest and do not have integrity. I bought 4 new tires for $1,280 a year ago with the explicit and documented guarantee that rotations and balancing would be provided for free throughout the lifetime of the tires. I took them back to have them rotated a year later and they came up with a fake issue that the car had to have $130 of wheel alignment work performed in order to be able to balance and rotate the tires as I had been guaranteed upon original purchase of the tires. I took them to another shop and they rotated them for me no problem and said that my wheel alignment was fine and that any wear on the tires that was noticed was simply due to them not having been rotated for a year since installed and that rotating them would actually help to mitigate the wear rather than making the rotation not possible like this shop told me. This shop agreed to discount the alignment to $100, but by that point I did not even trust them with my car and did not trust them not to come up with whatever issue they could. The professional thing to do would have been to rotate and balance my tires as I was entitled to and then say “as an additional service we would recommend an alignment” rather than a phone call saying “we can’t rotate these tires because alignment is off” (despite us installing the tires and performing the alignment 358 days ago) This shop will try to turn any non-revenue service into a revenue service and by doing so lost a customer who has already spent $1,280 with them and lives 3 minutes away from any potential future tire installations or oil changes all in the name of trying to milk an extra $130 out of me. I don’t blame the guy I interacted with, he seemed nice enough, but it’s clearly a top-down directive to try to turn all service into additional revenue. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop that will value their customers and follow through on their guarantees without refusing service in order to upsell.
