  Service desk should probably know what services the business offers. I made an appointment for a problem with my driver-side window, when I showed up they said they don’t do that kind of work.

  I am sad to report that the quality of service at this location is now terrible. In the past, I would always bring my cars here for tires and car repairs and was very happy with the work as well as the customer service. Last week, I brought a vehicle to Mr. Tire for a repair that was urgent since my son needed it for school (out of state). They agreed to do the work and gave us a price quote, but did not promise to have it done before he left for school. We dropped it off anyways hoping for the best. Ultimately, my son left for school without a car. We decided to wait patiently for the work to be done and they indicated we could leave the car there until the mechanic returned from vacation. Then, we received a call late afternoon yesterday from the cashier to pick up our vehicle immediately or it was going to be towed. This was the most unprofessional experience I've had with a repair shop in my life. It also seems like all of their employees have quit or are on vacation.

  I am surprised that Mr tire standard about to zero because no one knows what to do? They are not qualified as before, their technical knowledge is zero, performance zero, time promises zero, lack of technitions, lame excuse, time management zero. I preferred and advised to everyone, please don't visit this place , you will loose trust as I lost. I visited their store more than 3 times just for synthetic oil change and diagnostic report.kept my SUV for 5 hours.

  I came in on a Sunday, and there were only two customers ahead of me. I stood in line patiently waiting for my turn while both front desk employees were helping other customers. I was the only person waiting, yet neither of them acknowledged my presence. A simple greeting or “We’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service made the experience feel very unprofessional. Being ignored instead of acknowledged is disappointing and leaves a poor first impression. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

  So frustrated with Mr Tire. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years and today decided that I will never return. I set up an appointment for an oil change, safety inspections are first come first serve and I needed one of those two. I asked 3 times on the phone if the state inspector would be there. They assured me they would. I arranged for a a ride and lugged my child to an 8am drop off. Once there they apologized and said the inspector was on vacation. Leaving me frantic to find a location that I could get my inspection. I rushed to get somewhere else so my ride could get me home and then off to work. I arrived at the Lee highway Mr tire , they asked me no information or what oil I wanted or anything and silly me in such a rush didn’t even think about it. They had my car all day, did the most expensive oil they could, did an extra expensive service and didn’t even double check to see if I needed an emission inspection. So a whole day and 350 dollars later and I have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get my emissions test. Do not go here- skip Mr tire
