  I had to stop by because a small nail sank on the ten wheels of my truck. They took me $66 for doing just one wick operation without inserting the wheel. I accepted it because I needed it, even though it was very expensive. After about 35-40 minutes, they told me that my car was ready. I got into the car, but they didn't even get air on the wheel. I took it back to the service and finally left there after 1 hour. All of this is done, and the people are so bad and so bad that you have to see it. I'll never go here again, even if it's to buy gum.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at Merrifield Shell Service Center! Moe identified a suspension issue I might not have noticed and repaired it professionally and promptly. Sarah at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and friendly. Both provided outstanding service and made the experience pleasant. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism and excellent customer care!

  I booked an appointment for VA state inspection at 9:00 AM and was out by 9:40. No hassles, no BS, just fast service. Will be a regular customer from now on!
