Andrew diagnosed it and got it patched up in a minute, and he didn't even charge me! I've also come by in the past for routine maintenance and have always received great service.

I had to go on for a complimentary “top-up” of oil and asked them to check the oil drain plug. They investigated and found it was stripped, and the only place het mi oil changed is at Jiffy Lube. The manager (Andrew) acknowledged that they must have stripped the drain plug, so they replaced the oil pan and plug at no charge. Very responsible of them and customer service you don’t see that often these days!

- HTHailey TesMay 6, 20261.0I’ve had my last several oil changes at this location, including December 2025. When I returned on May 4, 2026, I was told my drain plug was “stripped” and just spins. The manager told me to take it to another location. That location checked the records and confirmed all my recent services were actually done at this shop—and that the shop who last touched it should handle the issue (last 4 were done at Jiffy lube shop #83). When I came back the next day, the manager denied ever telling me to go elsewhere and blamed it on my car being “too old,” which doesn’t make sense. A stripped drain plug is typically caused during installation, not age. When I calmly asked for documentation, he became hostile, raised his voice, and told me to leave or he would call the police. I was not confrontational—just asking for accountability. Another employee witnessed the interaction. I will be escalating this to the district manager and contacting Jiffy Lube corporate. Very unprofessional handling of what should have been a straightforward issue. I would never return to this shop and would recommend to anybody.
