- TCTristan CunnaginJun 15, 20265.0I don't often leave reviews, but Khaldon's patience and professionalism while getting a rental on a particularly difficult travel day (with cancelled flights, other Enterprise locations still allowing you to book reservations while not having vehicles to give you for some reason) merited a review. Everything went smoothly and he was a big part as to why!

As a result, we were charged additional fees that should never have happened. When we contacted them for help, they refused to take responsibility and instead blamed us, even though they had never provided clear instructions in the first place. On top of that, we were charged hundreds of dollars because of their lack of communication. This situation could have been easily avoided with proper instructions. I would not recommend renting a car from this company. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere.

I must say they provided equally fantastic guest service, and I truly believe Khaldon went above and beyond to calm my nerves(I walked in stressed) provide great customer service, and he was also really funny! I appreciate them.
