  I had a car sent here for a PPI as an out of state buyer and this was the best experience I could have asked for. I would recommend them to anyone looking in the area or out of state for a PPI. Straight up, honest, and genuine.

  I cannot recommend Benz Elite enough to everyone I know. The auto industry is full of deceptive sales. And I finally found a family run business that is honest and takes care of their clients. I now send everyone I care about here. And I live in DC. But they are worth the drive. They also have an incredible detailing department. I highly recommend Benz Elite!

  My vehicle has an issue that occurs only intermittently and although we have not yet identified and fixed the problem the folks at Elite were extremely diligent in working on finding the problem and treated me very fairly and professionally through out the process.

  I brought my car to Benz Elite Automotive for the first time for a B level service and was very impressed. The owner, Emile, and his staff were top-notch—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Gretta is an excellent Service Advisor! She explained what the service involved clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free. It is wonderful to find an auto shop that combines quality work with such excellent customer service. I definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their car serviced.

  I've been using Benz Elite for over 10 years on quite a variety of autos. They've worked on my BMW 3 series, M3's, my BMW Z8, , Porsche 993's & 991. The reason I've been a customer for so long is very simple. They do a great job, include the owners on all important decisions & are talented at their craft. Prices are very fair. One example I had my 06 M3 looked at after another shop wanted to charge me $3000 for a part (plus labor) that I thought had zero to do with the issue. On top of it all the other garage said that it might not fix the issue. I should have known to take it first to Benz Elite. So, long story short, I dropped the car off with Benz & before I'd gotten home from the drop off I received a call the car was ready for pickup. It was a bad fuse. No charge for the fuse & minimal labor. Another example, I had my oil changed in my Z8 at the local shop. What could go wrong with an oil change. When I went to pick up the car, they quoted $2000 plus labor to fix the damaged oil plan, replacing it with a new one. Well, the car is 24 years old & there had never been an issue previous & now it was leaking all over the garage. Not a drip prior to the oil change. So I brought it to BE to see what they could do. Rethread the oil pan & replace the plug. $200 total. Yes, it's things like that that keep me going back to this great shop. Mike
