  I had an excellent experience with Benz Elite Automotive. The owner was honest, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my vehicle. Unlike the Mercedes-Benz dealership, which charged me around $1,000 for the same diagnostic, Benz Elite Automotive diagnosed the problem quickly and didn’t charge me anything. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and treats customers fairly instead of trying to sell unnecessary labor. I truly appreciate the transparency, integrity, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Benz Elite Automotive to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanics. They’ve definitely earned my business for the future.

  I needed rear brakes for a while and found Benz Elite Automotive. I'm so glad I did. Fast turnaround on a quote for the work. The work was completed today. The entire team is highly personable and professional. Pricing was fair and competitive. I will definitely use them in the future. I'm actually bringing my daughter's car there tomorrow.

  I have been a customer of Benz Elite for over two years and they are exceptional. The staff truly preforms as a kinder and more intimate version of the name brand. Greta and Michelle have naturally warm dispositions, which is key for being greeted and is the first part of your experience at Benz Elite. Every person that I have encountered has been helpful, respectful, and courteous. Every service visit has been efficient and professional. I have seen many beautiful models of mercedes-Benz being serviced by them. I am confident in their abilities.I would love to keep this place to myself but they deserve your business.   Ben Automotive is truly elite as the title suggests. They are very nice, knowledgeable, educated people in their craft who break down complex car issues with clear and concise communication. I've gone multiple times and their prices are lower than anywhere else and the work is better than anywhere else I've been. They are very consistent with communication, and keep you posted on your vehicle each step of the way. I highly recommend Benz Automotive for the level of efficiency, care, and work they provide on vehicles. Fun people with great personalities too!

  I don’t like dealing with car repairs because I feel I am paying way too much for things I might not need. Well, I found my car repair place in NOVA. Jesse was great. He fixed my car right the first time and fast enough so I could get to DC before my meeting. He even drove to get the needed part himself rather than wait on delivery. The receptionist is also great! Thank you!!!
