This was easily one of my best service experiences, thanks to the super professional staff and the mechanics who really knew their stuff and were completely honest. Highly recommend!

When I initially moved to the DMV I went to the Mercedes dealership at Tysons which was the worst experience EVER. They kept my car for a month to try and fix the antenna, I thought I was going to have to get the police involved to get it back. Then I found Emile and the team at Benz Elite, it felt like when the door opens in the Wizard of Oz and now life is in color, They know what they’re doing, they tell you the situation straight with no bulls**t, and the work is done right the first time at a fair price. Greta and Michelle are amazing at the front desk and all the guys in the shop are friendly and efficient. The quality work and peace of mind are PRICELESS and you couldn’t pay me to take my car anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The experience was worth it as we identified an issue that was quickly resolved.

Emile and his team did a great job! I was very impressed with their work and have already referred them to several friends. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Benz Elite enough to everyone I know. The auto industry is full of deceptive sales. And I finally found a family run business that is honest and takes care of their clients. I now send everyone I care about here. And I live in DC. But they are worth the drive. They also have an incredible detailing department. I highly recommend Benz Elite!
