  I had a service and windshield washer reservoir system replaced and charged $1500. The reservoir cap was missing and the old one was used. I was told that it didn’t come with a cap. I find that hard to believe that Mercedes Benz would sell an incomplete system. You don’t sell a car without a gas cap as well as you don’t sell a gas canister without a cap. I will never go back to this shop nor will I ever recommend this place.

  I had an excellent experience with Benz Elite Automotive working on my Mercedes. Finding a shop that truly understands German vehicles can be challenging, but these guys absolutely know their craft. From the start, they were professional, transparent, and clearly experienced with Mercedes models. They took the time to explain the issue, walked me through the repair process, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done efficiently, and the car is running perfectly now — smooth, strong, and exactly how it should. What really stood out was their attention to detail and their confidence with the platform. It’s obvious they specialize in German vehicles and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

  The guys at Benz Elite are great. They do a masterful job of keeping my car in top-too condition and one of them even came out to my home when I had a problem with the door locks. I feel the guys at Benz Elite treat their customers like family, not like just customers - and that makes a big difference between Benz Elite and the major service shops.
