  This Store is very clean, nice and organized. Darrin is very helpful and knowledgeable about all car parts which is so helpful for a change! Most other stores people working there do not know anything about car parts. Darrin always goes out of his way to help you and gives you the best advice for your car. He has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I will always go back to this store and recommend this store to friends and family!

  I had an amazing experience at Advance Auto Parts, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Sebastian! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a positive attitude and was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service, but Sebastian went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed instead of trying to rush me out the door. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers and takes pride in his work. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and Sebastian made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Advance Auto Parts location for all of my automotive needs. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, patient, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, ask for Sebastian—you won’t be disappointed.   Darrin from store 7308 did a awesome job helping me find parts for my car. He is very knowledgeable bout vehicle and i will return to this store again for my car needs great service thank you for treat me well when i was in the store

  Hello Main office, this is first time I feel comfortable, respected, Mr Darrin N, I am sure this is the name of person who welcomed me at front desk, date 07/11/26, Sat, time13.16, I was looking for motorcycle engine oil, and I did not see at front shelves, as I did not check thoroughly on other shelves, I asked Mr Darrin for 10/40, full synthetic oil, Darrin went to check at backside inventory, and it took some time, so when Mr Darrin came he had 3, 10/40 full synthetic but they were for cars, not motorcycle, I immediately realized my mistake that I did not mention him that I am looking for motorcycle oil, Darrin never got upset, and he picked motorbike 10/40 engine oils right at front shelves, which I did not pay attention, as even it was my fault, for not mentioning that I need motorbike oil, Mr Darrin said to me I am sorry I did not ask you which oil car or motorbike oil, I was deeply impressed by Mr Darrin courtesy and professional manners, I wish the other guy named Ahmed had same professional manners and courtesy, but he never shows manners, and professionalism, that’s due to ,my worst past bitter experience with Ahmed I stopped even entering store, even today I first checked that who is at front desk, if Ahmed was there I would immediately exit out of store, that’s how mannerable, professional customer service boosts business and unprofessional, rude customer service destroys business, any how I congratulate higher authorities of Advance auto parts to have such a nice person Darrin at front desk, 👍
