I really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and would definitely come back again! 🚙🔋👏

  Kris at AutoZone went above and beyond to help me today. I came in needing a new battery and wasn’t sure whether AutoZone installed them. Kris stopped what he was working on to assist me and explained that installation depends on the vehicle. He walked out to my car with me, even holding the door for me, checked the battery, and confirmed that I needed a replacement. He then walked me back inside and patiently went over the available batteries, explaining the differences so I could make an informed decision. He never rushed me and made sure I understood my options. I also accidentally paid using the wrong card and Kris kindly offered to cancel the payment for me. Once everything was sorted out, he installed the battery carefully. Afterward, he even gave me information about the battery he had removed. Kris was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience. Customer service like this really stands out. AutoZone is fortunate to have someone like Kris on their team. Thank you, Kris, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and pleasant!

  I wanted to share my experience today at auto zone, I was greeted by a guy named Brent , i’m not sure if he was a store associate or if he was a manager but he was super kind and attentive when it came to my vehicle , he took his time and made sure I had exactly what I needed , Brent is the perfect example of great customer service ! I was so moved by his kindness and attentiveness that I will be sure to ask for Brent ANYTIME i go into auto zone ! Way to go Brent you are doing an excellent job! Thank you

  We recently popped into the store as our AC went out (in one of the hottest days of the year at 103 degrees and with a 2 hour drive home) and one of the employees, Kris, assisted my husband with how to recharge the AC with coolant. Wonderful customer service!!!

  My truck battery died for 2nd time in the past week and I needed to replace it before turning the truck off again. I called this store, got a price quote, and confirmed they would install it depending on the vehicle. When I arrived, the manager came out to check my truck and verified he could install a new battery. He removed the old one, cleaned the terminals and bracket before replacing it with a new one in less than 15 minutes. Great price for battery, especially with veteran/military discount. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It looks like I have a new parts store. (Walmart next door MIGHT be cheaper on some things, but no experienced, knowledgeable staff to help you get the right part or help with installation. )
