  Great experience renting with SIXT on a recent trip to NOVA and Charlottesville. I arranged a prepaid rental online for pickup at IAD. There was no wait at pickup or return. The facility was clean, well maintained, and well staffed with competent and friendly employees. The had the exact make and model I'd reserved waiting for me. The vehicle was clean and in good repair. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they did not slip in any additional fees at pickup or return (unlike their competitors).

  Constantly an issue with transactions. The manager won't even speak to you. His employees say they spoke to him and he's busy. Then you're not getting anymore of my money. Anthony if you're reading this run. You'll do so much better elsewhere.

  I did multiple back to back rentals to test different cars and had a great experience. Saeid especially made every return super easy and pain free. He was a tremendous help

  Awful experience. Waited 1 hour first in line because the customers in front of me were complaining about their experience. I then was asked to wait another hour to Get the actual car I ordered. Had to upgrade to get a car and not wait even more. Got a car with about 20 dents and scratches. Had to take pictures of all of them. Even then, at return they claimed I had made another BIG scratch. Luckely I had picture of then one as well. Do not trust this company.

  Great rental experience. I got a very good rental car, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, and I highly recommend using their Sixt app if you want to get immediate feedback or response about your rental. I would definitely go to Sixt again on my next trip.
