  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a rental company at Enterprise in Dulles Airport. I arrived around 2 AM after a long, exhausting trip, and it was freezing outside with no easy way to get home. I specifically reserved a vehicle in advance, yet when I got there, they told me the car I booked wasn’t available. What’s the point of making a reservation if it’s not honored? On top of that, they started adding unexpected charges that were never clearly explained during the booking process. It felt like they were just piling on fees at the counter, knowing I had no other option at that hour. The lack of transparency was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, they refused to accept my debit card, even though I had sufficient funds. After traveling all day and arriving in the middle of the night, being told I couldn’t rent a car because I didn’t have a credit card was ridiculous and incredibly stressful. This policy should be made very clear beforehand, not sprung on customers when they’re stranded. Customer service was honestly the worst part. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero empathy for my situation. No solutions, no alternatives; just attitude. At 2 AM, in freezing weather, that’s the last thing anyone needs. Overall, this experience felt disorganized, misleading, and completely lacking in basic customer care. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially if you’re arriving late at night and expecting your reservation to actually mean something. Save yourself the stress and go with a different company

  Great, smooth rental, they squeezed us in very last minute on a fully booked day. Manager Will especially went out of his way, bringing the car closer to us, so we didn’t have to run through the rain with our luggage.

  Well organised - coulkd choose thge car I wanted from the right group. Good service from staff. However, I did not get any recognition that I was an Enterprise Plus cistomer - even though I had flagged thaty up when I booked the car. Is it possible to retrospectively add Plus points or get a voucher for my next hire in June.

  Great we got off the airplane went to the lot got a car with no problem! Did have to remind them that we wanted the fast pass at the gate but after that we were off and riding! We dropped it off with no issues! The process was seamless!😊

  They took a cheap shot the night shift, when I came in with a defective car sent by roadside assistance, only wanted to give me downgrades to my original vehicle car class premium, they saved themselves now to serve another customer. A car I should have been given but it will cost for Enterprise holdings in the future. Because I didn't take it out at that location. Doesn't mean you can just rob me from the vehicle class that I paid for. They wanted to put me from a Dodge Durango to a Nissan Altima or a Nissan rogue, the lot was full of all types of cars. When a company gives out a car like that, they should offer a upgrade, not downgrades, how shameful
