  Extremely Disappointing Experience Alamo Has Failed to Resolve Unauthorized Toll Charges I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alamo Rental. After returning my rental vehicle, I was charged several toll fees that were not associated with my rental vehicle. During my rental period, I drove the vehicle to a completely different state and had my own toll device installed, making these charges even more clearly inconsistent with my rental. I contacted Alamo and provided documentation showing that these toll charges could not have been incurred by me or the vehicle I rented. Despite providing evidence, almost a month has passed without a resolution. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the customer service. Instead of actually investigating the issue, I have received what appear to be automated responses claiming that someone is reviewing my case. Another representative subsequently contacted me with essentially the exact same response I had already received, which gives the impression that my case is being passed around rather than genuinely investigated. I should not have to spend weeks trying to convince a rental company to reverse charges that I can demonstrate are not mine. The lack of accountability, meaningful communication, and resolution has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better from Alamo. Based on this experience, I would strongly reconsider renting from them in the future. If you do rent from Alamo, I recommend carefully reviewing your final charges and keeping documentation of your vehicle, toll activity, and any toll device you use.

  I accidentally left my sunglasses in the rental car after returning it yesterday. When I came back to the counter today, the staff was extremely helpful, efficient, and located my item right away. Extremely reliable and professional team—highly recommend Alamo at this location!

  I frequently rent cars for travel and the only frustrating part about other places are the wait times which is not as bad now compared to this experience. On the day of my rental pickup the staff were all friendly. HOWEVER, their car quality were TERRIBLE. I sat in SIX cars yes SIX and all of them needed oil changes which was the first thing flashing in my face when I started each of them. Im pretty sure that is illegal. Not only that but the cars were either dirty or had a very bad odor to them. I walked around and i saw they had a shop on the property where they should be doing maintenance on cars and detailing them so I didn’t understand why those cars were out there in poor shape. Ive never experienced this before. They went and got me a different vehicle that was in good shape and clean. The inconvenience of having to wait and walk around the lot was annoying. I emailed management and they decided that $30 was good enough to take off my total balance which was whatever. As I was driving, I noticed that the inner left side trim was damaged and hanging out. That will hopefully be my last time. I didn’t even know car rental places could be this bad.

  Rented a car from them. Didn’t know they would charge me for tolls when I had my own EZPass in the vehicle. I understand the business needs to make money but to steal it when I already got charged by EZPass is concerning. And on top of that, the EZPass charges are through a third party making the process more confusing. I’m using Turo next time!
