  Overall a good experience. One day rental from Dulles airport (IAD) at a competitive price compared to other company. Car only had 3/4 tank of gas, which was only acknowledged when I brought it up at the gate on the way out of the lot. I had to estimate the fill-up and returned it with several gasoline more than when I rented it. Not a huge deal, but could have been done better.

  First rental with Alamo — and last. Rented a car for two weeks. First one had mechanical issues — swapped it. The replacement had issues too. Third one finally worked. During the rental period, I was charged a $400 drop fee for returning to the closest Alamo location while on the move — a location I was directed to use. $400 taken from my account, no heads up. Called customer service multiple times. Had to re-explain the full situation every single call. Still waiting on a callback to resolve the billing error. I'm a business owner. This was my first rental with Alamo/Enterprise Group. A $1,000 rental — one of many my companies would have made. My associates were watching too. First experience is the last. You lost more than one customer.

  Die Wartezeit bis wir das Auto bekommen haben, war ein wenig lang. Aber alles andere war perfekt. Ein fast neues Auto, sauber und groß. Man konnte schnell rausfahren und die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder.

  Was able to quickly get a rental, after having car troubles. Glad that the representatives between national and alamo will service customers to get customers in to vehicles. Vehicle was just what I needed.

  I had a great experience at Alamo. I was able to quickly get my car upon arrival and returning the car was a seamless process. I was happy that there was an ample selection of vehicles in the class I reserved when I got to the lot. The staff was helpful and friendly. I have uniformly positive experiences renting at Alamo at different airports and will continue renting from them due to the great service I received at Dulles.
