  This place must be recognized for their clean atmosphere, process, and items. They have cleaning cloths, lots of foam to use for a cleaning your vehicle, and it's all very safe on your vehicle and doesn't cause any harmful effects. Also have free vacuums to clean your vehicle out, and they give you clear instructions on how to redeem your wash and make sure no one else can use your codes and your vehicle is specific to your license plate so that is a very important feature for security. I am very pleased with using this car wash again and recommend it for anyone that would like to find good car service.

  Don't know why I have a membership there, I was the only car and had to wait for the guy to quit watching tv to come out and start the wash, didn't rinse the car and no towels and spray bottles, no trash cans. Canceling tomorrow because he didn't know how. Pos place

  I had a membership for about a year. I could understand not spraying the car when it was freezing. But then you would have all but one guy not spray our vehicle before going in the wash during the warm weather. And the roller not coming down for our vehicle BUT look back and see it comes down on the vehicle behind us. Because of that we cancel our membership. Today was our last membership day. Went through it and ended up with our windows look like something has been sprayed on them. Now we have to go and get the truck wash again to get whatever us all over our side windows and mirror off. The car wash equipment either doesn't wash or the workers don't want to do shit. BUT the one guy with the long hair. He always sprayed off the vehicle before entering the car wash. But I'm not sure if this was done purposely because we put in a complaint and cancel but either way I highly recommend going ANY where else. I just figured it out . It was tire dressing sprayed all on the sides of my truck. Not sure if its the car wash malfunction or done purposely since i put in a complaint and canceled. It was weird that this was the first day I actually saw someone walking on the side. Hmmm

  Zips is a great car wash, I love the lights and colorfulness going threw the wash. Staff is really friendly and the lady Destiny was very helpful. I was in VA visiting and currently live in florida so she understood that I couldn't do a membership due to the ones in Florida being hours away from my home. I hope we can have one in Hudson Florida because zips has fair prices and doesn't try to rob the bank like many washes do in Florida. I also appreciate the free rags that's provided with your free vaccum it makes things very convenient. The grounds were very clean as well.
