  I was impressed with the professional, friendly & rapid service is received. I have had several windshields replaced over the years. This was the fastest & cleanest I have ever seen it done. I would gladly go back to Safelite. And I will definitely advise anyone to avail themselves if Safelite Services!

  Very easy set up, came out to my home and I didn't need to be there, the tech was very nice and communicated well through the whole process.

  Awful. Very expensive. The glass they replaced was only a $100 glass if I bought it new so knowing they got it a bit cheaper and gaining $300 profit is a bit absurd. But the biggest issue I had was waiting until the tech got on site and starting my window before he informed me he may break certain things and that they are not liable to replace them. If it would have been broken it would have cost me another $100 to fix. People should be made aware before they are in a hard spot of having the service and have the option of knowing what they are risking while the apt is being made. That way they have an option to look elsewhere if they wish.
