  I had an excellent experience with Safelite Windshield Replacement. My technician, Michael S., was outstanding. He was clean, neat, professional, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire process enjoyable. Michael worked quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. What impressed me most was how respectful he was of my vehicle and property. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed, leaving everything spotless. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in both their workmanship and customer service. I would absolutely do business with Safelite again and would highly recommend Michael S. to anyone needing windshield replacement services. Five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Had a chip repaired here once. No problem. Next time it was interactions that seemed like they didnt want to do anything. Came in and desk guy said “here for a chip attempt” - interesting choice of words, “lets go see if its fixable”- more interesting choice of words, “thats been repaired before”- turns out is not true but the guy is infallible, “cant fix it or touch it up”. Spot less than the size of a pencil eraser. 25 min drive to come here. This was a waste of time. Maybe discriminated against it being an insurance claim?
