  Dropped the car off early after Friday on July 3rd and wanted an alignment. Heard nothing back Friday which was expected. Heard nothing back Saturday, on the 4th, and that was also somewhat anticipated. Come Sunday I am wondering if my vehicle will be back for work Monday so I call to check on it. A man answers and states "I am so sorry I meant to call you. We can't do the alignment because of some suspension issues." He then explained what needed to be done and I said I would humor a quote. Well 3 hours later, after calling them, I had still not heard anything so I get myself a ride up there. He had someone on speaker phone so I could hear both sides of the conversation and that made me a little uncomfortable. After he got off the phone I stood there for 5 or more minutes before he even said a single word to me. His first words to me were "sorry man give me a minute." He had the quote already done up and said "I apologize I meant to call you." Evidently he just did not want to reach out to me that day. He then asked me to sign a form stating I was refusing service and would take the vehicle and he kept rushing me "to just sign." Like I am about to sign somehting that is potentially legally binding please give me a moment to read over it. I was also the only person in store for this whole interaction. I cannot speak on any other service but will be taking the car to Loftis Tire which is my preferred place of business for alignments, but I had just got new tires put on, wanted an alignment, and this establishment was open whereas my normal was closed. I also did have an appointment, booked directly through their website, with NO use of anything 3rd party.

  I wish to convey my utmost satisfaction with the service recently provided by Mr Tire Auto Service Center. On July 4th, a national holiday that also fell on a Saturday, I experienced an unexpected tire issue. Despite the challenging circumstances, the team at Mr Tire Auto Service Center demonstrated extraordinary commitment and efficiency in addressing my problem. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor were truly commendable, creating a remarkably positive customer experience. It is evident that this establishment places a high priority on customer care, consistently going above and beyond to ensure client needs are met.   I called to schedule an appointment. I was offered the soonest available which was only a 30 min wait. I took the appointment. As I’m waiting, someone else calls within me only waiting 5 min to inform me that my appointment would be scheduled for THE NEXT DAY due to being double booked!!! No regard at all for me already being outside waiting for my appointment that was just offered!! Disgusted!!
