  I called and made an appointment to get 2 tires replaced i was informed that it would take about 30-45 minutes. Once I arrived I waited 2 hours before I was informed that they could not do the tires because it was a 3/4 ton truck which they knew the day before when the appointment was made. GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE.

  In my opinion the Danville Virginia Mr. Tire is engaged in extortion to me and I am seeking guidance from my attorney. The person who answers the phone Enil or Emil gave me a quote to replace 6 sparks and a tire at 500 and change, the next day said they decided it would now be well over 900. I said don’t do the service as my local mechanic can do it far cheaper. They called me back later and said they were going to charge half of the labor anyway. This constitutes my personal opinion only.

  On a Sunday returning from vacation we encountered a tire pressure issue. The Mr. Tire team not only was able to get us in same day, a few hours from calling. But got our issue resolved and got us on the road again in no time. They were honest to a fault and communicated clearly throughout. Appreciate the team taking care of us!

  Awesome service. The guy that waited on me at the service desk was amazing. Zayy was so very helpful and making sure all my tires air pressure was correct

  Dropped the car off early after Friday on July 3rd and wanted an alignment. Heard nothing back Friday which was expected. Heard nothing back Saturday, on the 4th, and that was also somewhat anticipated. Come Sunday I am wondering if my vehicle will be back for work Monday so I call to check on it. A man answers and states "I am so sorry I meant to call you. We can't do the alignment because of some suspension issues." He then explained what needed to be done and I said I would humor a quote. Well 3 hours later, after calling them, I had still not heard anything so I get myself a ride up there. He had someone on speaker phone so I could hear both sides of the conversation and that made me a little uncomfortable. After he got off the phone I stood there for 5 or more minutes before he even said a single word to me. His first words to me were "sorry man give me a minute." He had the quote already done up and said "I apologize I meant to call you." Evidently he just did not want to reach out to me that day. He then asked me to sign a form stating I was refusing service and would take the vehicle and he kept rushing me "to just sign." Like I am about to sign somehting that is potentially legally binding please give me a moment to read over it. I was also the only person in store for this whole interaction. I cannot speak on any other service but will be taking the car to Loftis Tire which is my preferred place of business for alignments, but I had just got new tires put on, wanted an alignment, and this establishment was open whereas my normal was closed. I also did have an appointment, booked directly through their website, with NO use of anything 3rd party.
