  This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. My father booked a reservation for the Mercedes sprinter van for a family vacation 2 MONTHS AGO. TODAY, the DAY BEFORE THE TRIP, my father go to pick up the van, the staff say that they don’t keep the van on premises…. DESPITE US BOOKING 2 MONTHS BEFORE!! When I called to follow up, of course the manager is gone for the weekend. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The staff didn’t sound like they cared either. This is false advertisement and should be held accountable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. DO NOT BOOK

  We’ve been using Enterprise at Danville for many years for our flight crew and passengers. With a few hiccups here and there overall it’s been a great experience. LaQuan goes over and above the call of duty to make sure everything is as it should be!

  I made my reservation and didn't have to wait when I got there, even though I left work 45 minutes later than expected. Great customer service, and 2 of the employees know me on a 1st name basis.

  Quan provided exceptional customer service! I had forgotten my card, and he was kind enough to wait for me to come back so I could pick up my rental. I was honestly considering canceling my reservation because I wasn’t happy with the vehicle I was originally going to receive, but Quan went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I truly appreciate his effort and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning!
