They informed me the vehicle had to be off to test but they guaranteed they would have me back running in no time. They did a “full system test “ and turned out the 6 year old battery was the culprit. I was presented many options and available warranties for my vehicle. I opted for the best because with best in class service like this I can only assume they are installing best in class parts. What I thought was going to be a $500 purchase turned out to be less than $300 and I got the extended warranty on the battery. These guys here made the experience fast lighthearted and a pleasure to shop with. I normally price shop due to the current high prices but I have definitely found my go to parts store from now on. 5 star review all day long.

I called Advance and the manager Kevin answered the phone and told me to have her come on down and they would have her back on the road in no time. She arrived and Matt was waiting with the battery ready to assist. In less than 5 minutes she was safely back on the road. In a day of people always quick to point out bad customer service I feel we need to acknowledge exemplary service when it is received also. Advance has created a customer for life and I will be sure and tell all my friends and family about this great experience!

I went to this Advance Auto Parts location at 125 Westover Dr because they promised free battery installation. My 2011 Cadillac Escalade has a very straightforward battery setup right under the hood, held in place by a single screw on the front plate. Despite this, the staff refused to install it, claiming the job was "too difficult." It felt like a lazy excuse just to avoid doing basic work. I left, drove right down the road to AutoZone, and had the exact opposite experience. Not only did AutoZone happily install the battery in less than 20 minutes, but I also got the exact same battery for $40 less! Advance Auto Parts completely failed on their customer service promise. Save yourself the time and frustration and just go straight to AutoZone where the staff actually wants to help you.
