  We’ve used them several times and they always do good work. I’ve chosen them over other shops because they’re honest and reward customer loyalty. They patch my wife’s tire yesterday for free !

  The Customer Service is great! They’ve never failed me. I come here regularly for my oil changes and as well as any other problems i’ve had with my car. The employee Miguel was very informative and patient when questions were asked👍

  I had an outstanding experience at NTB thanks to Miguel. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I was taken care of and kept me informed every step of the way. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed to get it back into top shape and, most importantly, safe for my wife to drive. Miguel’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like he does.   My first time here was to get a 2nd opinion when another place said I needed new tires even though they were fairly new. One of their guys checked them all for free and said they were all fine rather than try to sell me tires. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust especially as a female, so I came back here again to get work done. They are a lot nicer than some other places I've been, super helpful, thorough, will explain what you really need and what they recommend but isn't crucial which I appreciate! They have also been recommended to me by people who work on cars themselves and I can see why. They got a lot of work done for me short notice, it was done fast, pricing very reasonable. I will come here anytime I need something for my car.
