  It as one of my worst experience by renting a car with Enterprise. I booked a week ago and even called a day before, but got a car which was a total trash. The car was not cleaned at all. It was full of stains and trash. The worst part was the smoke smell. My kids got allergy and all of us got a terrible headache due to the intolerable smell of weed and smoke. I recommend everyone do not go to Enterprise for your car rental need.

  Was at Dumfries office to pick up rented car that has been booked, I went there only to be told that, they don't have any available car for me because the pick up time has elapsed from 1pm to 4pm. Asked to check from other locations, but her answer was that they have been calling each other and no car available as well. I had to call customer service and finally reserved one for me at Dale City which I picked it up. Thank you Dale City staff for your Excellent customer service, for Dumfries location better retrain them.

  We rented a car from the Dale City location on 5/5/26. On 5/4/26 we stopped by and verified the rate with Jackson and a Lady employee (who seemed to be in charge). We were picking up the car a couple hours early and wanted to verify that the rate would stay the same. We booked the car for a weeks rental, but were returning the car on the 6th day. We were assured that the rate would stay the same. On return of the car we were charged and extra $55. I pointed this out to Jackson and he said it would take 7-10 days to get it corrected. It's been one month and I've been blown off by 5 different people. No return calls, no emails and one hang up. All the way up the ladder. Never again will I rent from Enterprise.

  Awesome ! The Wagoneer was loaded with updated features, very clean and Shiney from the inside to the outside. The whole Team On Dale Blvd location; was/are always polite, concise, and consistently give great customer service. Understandably there are a lot of things out of thier control, but for the things they can, they go the extra mile for you.
