The car was not cleaned at all. It was full of stains and trash. The worst part was the smoke smell. My kids got allergy and all of us got a terrible headache due to the intolerable smell of weed and smoke. I recommend everyone do not go to Enterprise for your car rental need.

Asked to check from other locations, but her answer was that they have been calling each other and no car available as well. I had to call customer service and finally reserved one for me at Dale City which I picked it up. Thank you Dale City staff for your Excellent customer service, for Dumfries location better retrain them.
