  Jeremy is very transparent and upfront about everything. Got me in and out with new tires relatively quick despite being shorthanded that day. Will definitely come back to get new tires in the future.

  I brought my vehicle to this NTB because of steering wheel vibration. The initial recommendation was nearly $2,000 in work, including four new tires because one tire was described as being out of round, even though one tire had recently been replaced and the vehicle had passed state inspection the week before. I authorized about $1,000 in repairs, including a rear shock, steering arm, and alignment. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, the vehicle drove worse than before and pulled hard to the right. What was most disappointing was not the cost. I did not ask for a refund, discount, or special treatment. I simply wanted the issue addressed and explained clearly. Instead, my family and I felt repeatedly dismissed, spoken to in a condescending manner, and treated as though our concerns were an inconvenience. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location. I would recommend getting a second opinion from another local shop before approving major repairs here.

  Luis is always such a great help when he’s in store! Everybody is always so kind and attentive when I come in for work on my car. Definitely recommend!!

  Great people, got off work heard a noise one my car stopped by after work checked the lug nuts all tight so they offered to lift the car to double check everything free of charge due to it being a safety concern, excellent people especially during this economy highly recommend the service

  I truly cannot say enough good things! As a female anytime, something goes wrong with my car immediately it becomes my husbands problem. It’s just not my thing and I feel like it’s easy for me to get ripped off as I don’t know what I’m talking about most of the time! There have been two separate occasions where I have had tire issues and have been by myself. The first time I was completely in tears and stopped by because honestly, I couldn’t make it anywhere else I was riding on the rim! 🙈 But I’m so glad this is where I came because not only did they help me, they helped me super fast! And the pricing is very fair in my opinion! And now on today😭 In my daughter‘s car, taking her to work because of course today she doesn’t feel like driving🙈 I decide I’m going to run a few errands and as I’m coming out of the pharmacy I realize I have a flat tire! But I’m right across the street! Immediately I jump in my car and I’m headed over there. I go and tell them what’s going on. They immediately went to take care of the situation! Everyone is so incredibly nice! Super fair pricing! And in this day and age, it’s Hard to find any type of mechanic You feel like you can trust and I really do feel these guys are honest! And it’s very apparent they care about everyone who walks in. I really appreciate the kindness they’ve always shown me. And I will continue to recommend them to everyone! Thank yall so much! 😭
