After they looked everywhere and even started calling other valvolines, they found just enough to complete the oil change and shared that they did not feel comfortable putting any other type of oil in the car and I appreciated that so much!!

- JRJazmyn Robinson-SnokeAug 6, 20263.0It seems like my last review didn’t post so here it goes. If you’re a female be prepared to get overcharged unless you have a man with you. I have a 2009 Honda CRV with almost 300,000 miles on it. I went here instead of my usual place (which is the express care location that charges me half of why they charged me) because I needed a service done that I didn’t know they no longer provide (it’s still listed on their website). Mind you I know I was overcharged because the express care location actually use to charge me the same price until I had my dad take my vehicle in for me and all of a sudden it was half the price for him. When I brought up the price difference to the person who was servicing me (the manager) seemed stunned that I would know that I was being overcharged but was able to come up with some excuse quick. I will say the staff are very friendly and know what they’re doing so I give five ⭐️ review for that; but for the price it’s not worth it. It’ll be cheaper to learn to do it yourself (which I can do just haven’t had the time)
