  OSean and Naomi are the best customer service people ever. So friendly and inviting. Christian is a very skilled technician and very friendly If you have the chance make sure you stop by and ask for him. He will make sure you are good to go and well taken care of

  NTB could've easily receive $255 from me. But instead Willie was amazing. He walked me thru the A/C process so that I know how to work it going forward. There actually wasn't anything wrong with the A/C. I just didn't push the correct button. Willie said he believes in Karma and wouldn't have felt right taking money for work he didn't do. I love that and they have a return customer in me. The front staff was warm and welcoming. She actually came out to my car and got info from me. The inside is nice an clean and the service was quick. Thanks for a great experience !

  Folks I've seen past reviews but I have to say that during my visit that wasn't the case for me. First I made an appointment online the day before and clipped a $30 coupon for my wheel alignment service I wanted. About two hours after making the online appointment a staff member called and confirmed the appointment. I got to the store about 10 minute before my time. It was an early appointment - midweek and the store didn't seem too busy. The young lady Naomi greeted me and checked me in very quickly. I left the truck and went shopping nearby. A little bit over a hour later my truck was done. So again my experience was absolutely fine. I think I was in and out very quickly. Maybe the reservation helped that - not sure. My bill was fair and that coupon I clicked online - Naomi made sure that was applied without me even asking. I do recommend this location and I would go back if the need arises.

  Desperately needed an affordable tire and so i came to this location in Colonial Heights because it was nearby. Not only were they able to meet my needs they did so in record time! The lady on the front line was a God send! Naomi was her name and she treated me so well! Will recommend the place to all my friends. Thanks NTB for your affordable pricing, excellent service and professionalism!!!
