  I was high upset with this place. My lady was there for a state inspection. She needed bulbs for her window brake light and bulbs was out in her fog light and had some fluids changed. They were going to charge her two separate charges for changing the bulb for the light and was going to charge her two separate 165.00 per for labor on her Kia. Beware going to this place. You come out cheap taking it to the dealership. I checked. She will NOT take it there again. They lowered the price on the service after I told them the price that was quoted to me by the lady there and she discounted and dropped the price to make it reasonable to pay. SO PLEASE BEWARE. MGF.

  My tire popped the day after July 4th, I called this place to inquire about a tire service and the gentlemen than answered the phone was clearly irritated he was there on a Sunday and made it very obvious he wasn’t happy that I called, luckily I have a jack but even if I didn’t I’d rather risk bending the rim than giving my money to a place that clearly dosent want my business. If you want to become profitable get rid of people that don’t WANT to be there. Have the day you deserve.

  On June 15, 2026, I went to get a state inspection done here. While waiting the lady at the front desk advised me that the state inspector said that I would need both lower control arms and a bellows boot replaced to pass state inspection. I was given a price of approximately $1,300 and was advised that it will take approximately two hours to complete. A few minutes later the manager called the lady at the front desk. She then advised me that the information was entered incorrectly into the computer system, stating that there were several models of my vehicle. The cost now was approximately $3,000 and it would take eleven hours to fix. I had them return my vehicle to me and went to another location for the inspection. At the other location my vehicle passed state inspection and nothing was noted wrong with my vehicle.

  I would like to express my gratitude and satisfaction for the excellent service I received, especially from Naomi. She is truly an outstanding person and provided exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment, and it turned out that the car had a hidden issue: one of the control arms was bent. The person who sold me the vehicle never mentioned this problem. After completing the necessary repairs, I returned to have the vehicle aligned again. Naomi was very understanding and considerate of my situation. This time, the alignment was performed at no charge, which I greatly appreciate. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you very much, Naomi. Your outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed, and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for honest and professional service.

  I rarely write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to recognize Osean at NTB in Colonial Heights. As a veteran, I have interacted with countless businesses and service professionals over the years, and Osean provided one of the finest customer service experiences I have ever received. I brought my van in for a state inspection expecting a straightforward visit. During the inspection, additional issues were discovered that prevented the vehicle from passing. What could have become a very stressful situation quickly turned into an example of extraordinary customer care because of Osean. Since I had no other way to get home, Osean personally made sure I got there safely. She didn’t have to do that. It wasn’t required. She did it because she genuinely cared. The next day, she called me personally to let me know that my van had been fully inspected, certified, and was ready to be picked up. What impressed me most was not just her professionalism, but her character. She treated me with respect, patience, kindness, and dignity throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel like just another customer waiting in line. I felt like someone whose situation truly mattered. Exceptional employees are hard to find. The ability to solve problems is important, but the ability to care for people while solving those problems is what separates good employees from great leaders. Osean represents the very best of what customer service should be. NTB should be incredibly proud to have her on their team. Her dedication, compassion, initiative, and commitment to customers deserve recognition. If anyone at NTB is looking for an example of leadership in action, they need look no further than Osean.
