  Nice cars. But you can run into a snag til where the rental u requested them not having it. Butttt at time u can get an upgrade if they have it in stock.

  This place receives one star only because I have to give it a star to leave this review. In preparation for a trip, I reserved a regular sized SUB for this trip about a week in advance, and received confirmation that my vehicle was reserved. When I showed up to get my vehicle, they “upgraded” me to a truck. I told them that I didn’t need a truck as I was carrying drums and it was supposed to rain. I asked if they had the vehicle I had been told was reserved. They stated that one may be coming in. I asked how long till then and they told me an hour. My wife and I decided to run errands and they said they’d call me when my vehicle was ready. After running errands and returning in two hours, I inquired about my vehicle and they said they’d call weren’t sure. Another couple came in and were given a regular sized SUV. I decided to just leave and use my own car. DO NOT use this Enterprise! Another woman came in who had reserved a vehicle and was told they didn’t have the vehicle she reserved.

  Enterprise employees were very professional. I liked that they provided transportation and did not treat customers as strangers.

  Excellent customer service by Yohance Goodrich Il (assistant branch manager). I received a clean, good running car. He told me if I need anything or have a question, don't hesitate to call, he also gave me his business card. It was a quick and easy process.
