I needed a rental car due to being in a car accident. I started off with an SUV because I drive SUV. However I had to get a smaller vehicle because it took longer to repair than expected and my insurance allowance would not cover the alloted amount and I had to get a smaller vehicle at a lower price. We were able to switch and I ended up paying $14 out of pocket at the end of the rental. Everyone was very pleasant and considerate. It was a great experience. I will definitely recommend the Colonial Heights Enterprise staff and use them myself if needed.

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THIS LOCATION! READ THE REVIEWS! This location has truly suffered ever since that new branch manager Jess arrived. I finally decided to switch to a new location further away from my home due to the poor service at this branch. Issues with availability, cleanliness of cars, long wait times for checking in or out vehicles, etc. Just all bad. It’s such a shame because I used to absolutely adore the convenience of renting closer to home but after many failed complaints with both the location and corporate I realize this must be the new norm. If you attempt to make complaints there will be ZERO follow up by corporate enterprise. Save yourself and your family the trouble and just go elsewhere, even if it’s inconvenient!

Inventory is never good here before booking I would call to make sure they even have a car to rent. Communication is poor. Not a solid branch there’s a hertz in the area or the airport would be way easier to deal with
