  I wish I could give zero for the way my concerns have been ignored. The car was NOT what the insurance promised. When I arrived they did not have ANY available cars! How is that possible? Why would you take a reservation to gaurantee a car you dont have? Then they gave me a truck that is dirty and was not cleaned before my rental. I found and took pictures of the condition of the car. To include TRASH in the back seat from the previous renter. Look at the condition of the seats! I have called 3 times since 8am....have been put on hold every single time. I was promised a call by 530 last evening. No call! I wish I had something positive to say

  I had the most wonderful experience with Colonial Heights Enterprise! I rented a car from them for almost 2 full months and the customer service was fantastic from every employee I worked with. My first rental had an issue come up and they quickly put me in a new one. Whenever I had to extend they would do that quickly and they were very kind in person and on the phone! If I ever need another rental I will gladly return to this location!
