  My car was in a accident. USAA had them call me to set up my rental. This is not the first time dealing with this location. I spoke with who ever called and reserve a vehicle and when I got there they tried to put me in a smaller vehicle and I'm sure that they are charging the insurance for the larger vehicle. The excuse was " you spoke to our new employee " but they used the same excuse a year and a half ago. This location needs to be closed down or something put under new management.

  Horrible customer service the one in petersburg va and colonial heights va and the head office lied to me about a copy of a report I made never go it cinthia was very rude she works at the colonial heights va location she was not professional at all she doesnt have good customer skills and she works with the public

  a $300 deposit is way to much i understand we get it back as long as there is nothing wrong with the car but people have bills and other expenses i canceled mine and went somewhere else that was only a $50 deposit and the car was cheaper for a week

  Yohance Goodrich saved the day! We got there right at closing time due to traffic in the area and instead of turning us away he stayed a little later to ensure we got our rental as we were heading down to Florida that same night!! My family is so grateful!! Thanks again Yohance!!!! Besides the customer service the Chrysler van we rented was very comfortable, modern, clean and gas efficient! 10/10 experience!!
