  Leslie and her team are exceptional. We lost our left rear wheel while towing our 16,000# trailer @ 60 mph on I-81. Our roadside assistance arranged for two tows to Blue Ridge Truck & Auto. One for the damaged truck and one for the undamaged trailer. The team did excellent work replacing everything pn the rear but the axle. One of the team members gave me a ride to get a rental car so we could head home. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.

  Theyve had lots of turnover and new management and I will never go back.. I’ve been taking my car here for years. I called for an engine light and they charged me $232 , couldn’t tell me why they upcharged (maybe because my appointment was at 8 AM and I got no notification about what the issue was until the next day at 3 PM. I was very kind and understanding when calling to check in and being told they hadn’t got to it yet) yet still… they claimed my car was “looked at a couple times” those 2 days enough to bring charge down to $175 (their hourly rate) and I am beyond certain that was simply plugging my car up to get the codes. Oh well. Lesson learned. I’m sure I won’t be missed.

  Spent around $1,500 for a "repair" that they never fixed. Then when I reached out their main office they referred me to the downtown Roanoke location for a resolution, but that shop said it would cost me another $400 to fix it. Warning to all others.

  Outstanding mechanic Shop!!! I always loved going there. They are definitely the best in the area. I go there for all of my auto maintenance and repairs. They are definitely honest and very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. I went there for a tune up and had my air filters replaced and was serviced very quickly.

  Great shop Excellent service!!! On a Vacation to Tennessee traveling from Virginia we had our car forcibly stop us on the side of Highway 64 twice. After looking for a shop for a while we found our way to Blue Ridge Truck and Auto. I called them first to see if they could help us and they told me to come on over. We ran the car with only essentials turned on and arrived there. We explained to them that the car shut down twice on us and it threw some engine codes and the power train alert. We waited for about 30 minutes or so and they came to me and showed me proof that they tested my throttle body and it was failing. It was near closing time and the lady there, don't remember her name sorry, said that they could get us back on the road tonight. I looked over the estimate and agreed to the work to be done and they ordered the part. The man running the front desk offered us fresh popcorn they had made and we obliged and sat there and enjoyed the treat. Within about 20 minutes of their closing time they had it fixed for us and ready to get back on the road. We thanked them multiple times for taking care of our repair on the spot as it was an emergency. The people were all so nice and understanding towards us. As we left the mechanic came out and said that there was an accident on the main road to the shop and suggested a different route. We went to the car and sat there for a minute looking for a Dunkin donuts for coffee and the main gentleman running the front desk came outside in the rain and asked if we were ok and if we knew our way back to the highway. We explained to him we were looking for coffee and he pointed us in the right direction, we thanked him and went on our way. A Big Thank You to everyone at this shop for being so accommodating and kind to us, you made a really bad situation so much better. We appreciate all you did for us and if we lived close by all our vehicles would be coming to you to be taken care of. Terrific Experience....
