- DMDavid Mclean4 days ago3.0Clean location, showers are great. Friendly staff. My problem is with the truck parking. It's so tight. I was within inches of hitting another guy's bumper and we were both parked correctly. Very difficult to get out those tight spots. I won't be returning here again. Thanks!

- NNNenabg NenaMay 8, 20261.0Flying J/Pilot has become a complete circus. Their apps barely work anymore — mobile fueling constantly crashes with “maximum reached,” reserved parking on the app shows 50% available while the entire lot is packed like sardines. I came around 10 PM READY TO PAY for parking. Drove the whole lot — not ONE truck had a paid parking tag displayed. Went inside, guy starts feeding me garbage: “everybody paid,” “our guy is outside checking.” Yeah right. I wasted another 30+ minutes circling the lot. Nobody checking anything. No security. No parking enforcement. Nothing. Then the truth finally comes out — their “parking guy” is actually inside cleaning showers, taking trash out, cleaning the property and somehow also supposed to monitor the parking lot. So basically nobody is doing the job. People park free all night while customers actually trying to PAY get screwed over and waste fuel and hours because this place is completely mismanaged. And the worst part? Employees look you straight in the eyes and lie instead of admitting they don’t have staff or don’t want to do their jobs. Pure laziness, fake information, and zero professionalism. Absolute dump.
- BCB CMay 6, 20261.0Flying J. Clear Brook, Virgina. On my way to Connecticut, i stopped here around 5am to fill my tanks. I go inside to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee, and entire store is empty. Nothing on the hot bar. Coffee area is a mess, coffee cups with no lids. Workers standing around, doing absolute nothing. I ask about getting some food, and guy tells me "it might be awhile".... okay... I'll spend my money somewhere else. This place is best avoided.
