- MWMichael WardAug 28, 20265.0Gabe was great at valvoline, doing all the regular checks for my visit but I particularly noted how he was checking on his coworkers under the bay when they seemed a little short staffed which oftentimes goes unappreciated. A+ from me Gabe.

- YYYKAug 24, 20261.0I honestly would not recommend that shop. Waiting two and a half hours for a basic oil change is unacceptable, especially when you were then charged an $82 bill. What concerns me most is that they told you everything was fine, only for the vehicle to leak all of its oil shortly after leaving. That kind of mistake could have caused serious engine damage. I would not feel comfortable having them service the vehicle again.

We left to go get some shopping done and noticed our car wouldn't start back up and was acting like it was dying. Drove back over to the shop and let them know what's going on and the manager there showed us what exactly the problem was. And told us the alternator was dying fast. The manager, the lady went above and beyond and followed us all the way back to our house to make sure we made it safely. I highly recommend them for oil changes. They were amazing and cared about what we were having trouble with. We couldn't get the managers name but I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend they get a pay raise for all she has done for us.
