- PMP McDOct 6, 20265.0Local shop was awesome, in and out and everything explained. Very well oiled machine and the techs were fun to chat with while they worked.
- ABAmanda BushSep 22, 20265.0Today was my first time having my oil changed here and I will definitely go back. I did have to wait a bit as there was a line of cars in both bays but the professionalism, quick pace of work, and excellent communication made it absolutely worth it.
- JWJohn WoodwardSep 21, 20265.0We had a unique problem with our vehicle while visiting Virginia Tech and Blacksburg. The team at the Christiansburg Valvoline was super helpful in diagnosing and solving our problem for a very reasonable price. They tightened the loose drain plugs (from a different service at a dealership), topped us off with oil, and told us what we need to do to get the car looked at further. Huge shoutout to Anecia, William, and Aidan for your help and positive demeanor. Y'all are the best.
- TWTroy WrightSep 16, 20261.0Wife decided too take her vehicle here today for an oil change. To give this establishment a second chance after a less than pleasant experience our first time. Today after waiting for an hour and a half in line. And 20 minutes inside the bay while someone was running an electric impact under our vehicle removing screws and bolts. She was informed they could not change the oil. Because the worker could not remove all the bolts needed to do the job. For her troubles they did give her a $15 dollar off coupon. The last unpleasant time here it was with the same car and they did do the oil change. What was the employee removing with the electric impact under the car? Second was it replaced properly? BECAUSE there is only one 7mm bolt to remove on this specific vehicle if the person doing the jobs hands are too big to fit the filter access hole. There is not even a tool needed to drain the oil.
