  Jimmy was fantastic!! They coached me through what I needed, quick, efficient, kind, and were very thorough and knowledgeable. Jimmy won too!! He got the latch back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Necie and team were great. Oil change was a bit pricey for a European car, but perhaps it’s normal as I typically do it myself. In and out in 20 minutes with full recommendations on what I should get done elsewhere.

  Had to pop in bc a skid plate was loose under my car and I could’ve get to it. They were super nice, saw me really quick and didn’t charge a thing. Really appreciate the help. Great spot.

  Visit 6-26-2026, Cburg- Great staff! Shout out to Jimmy & Necie- I had my kiddos with me today and Necie brought them a treat while we waited, and they got stickers! Jimmy was knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Everyone we encountered was so personable and my services were done in a timely fashion! My kids loved watching the technicians under the next bay! Second time I've been here for an oil change. Super convenient when I can't visit my normal shop. Thank yall!!

  This was not my first visit to Valvoline in Christiansburg, VA. However my previous visits were pretty good overall. This visit was not so great; however, they did manage to get my oil changed without issue, so far. I used to have a Mazda and it presented no concern with the staff. On this visit I had a 2026 BMW. Initially they had to check to see if they had the proper parts, which I appreciated. As the oil change progressed the men working were fumbling around and seemed to have no direction. There were a lot of hard hits beneath my feet from the pit as well. Normally the staff person assists in resetting the service error in the vehicle but that was never even offered. On my receipt it showed that a number of services were completed but they were not. These services included fluid checks, tire pressure and filters. I paid close attention to what the staff did because the man entering information on the computer kept repeating, it’s new or it’s a 2026 so it won’t have needs. He did say there were no recommendations which was accurate. I just had the oil changed almost two days ago so I am watching for any issues; although, I am not anticipating any problems. I am not positive that I will return since this visit has raised concern for the competence of the current staff. It is worth mentioning that the individuals who were present on my last visit were not present at the time of my visit.
