You all are doing something right and I was thankful for the genuine human interaction I received.
- PSPatrick Sims5 days ago1.0I had a 5 star for them, but two times in a row when I got my oil changed by them it was leaking after the first time I got on the interstate. A second Valvoline fixed it and there were zero issues, so it wasn't my car itself. I won't be coming back ever again. Even when I filed a claim they denied responsibility and didn't do anything to fix it beyond saying they didn't do anything.

- JSJulia SalmApr 26, 20261.0They did a tire rotation for me three weeks ago, during this entire service, they somehow didn’t notice that I had no brake pads and while I was driving, my brakes went out because when I got it serviced, they didn’t tell me that I had no brake pads— It was basically metal on metal. Generally, I have great experiences with Valvoline, but I cannot recommend this one because they somehow didn’t notice I had a catastrophic lack of brakes. Very disappointed.
