  Had a good experience with Inspection and replacement of Tire Pressure sensors. Still waiting on estimate for replacing sway bar links and bushing which I have been trying to get since April!

  While at TireDiscounters, I've found a five-star experience in the service for both myself and my car. With some of the most talkative staff that certainly bond with their desire to produce good work and customer service. The work I needed done was simple, to a mechanic haha, but much too complicated for me to figure out. The tires sold to me were "Michelin" brand tires. These tires cam out at a price of $251.00 each. This was incredibly cheap to mel I learned that tires can get to be real expensive, so it was awesome to know that Tirediscounters in Christiansburg. The quality of work they put into my car far exceeded what I expected for the price of the tires. I would say what has me coming back to TireDiscounters in Christiansburg is who the mechanics at the shop call "boss". This "boss" the mechanics call him is a man named Roy. Roy is a very hard-earned, hard-working individual. His character leads those mechanics and he inspires his employees the be the best possible versions of themselves they can be. A philosophy that screams "if you're going to be something, be the best you can possibly be at it." Anyone who observes the employees at the shop with a deeply focused minds-eye will be able to tell immediately that Roy cares deeply about getting the work done, making sure it is done right, and that everyone through the transaction is being respectful. It was such an amazing experience to get to meet all of the staff at this location, they are the ones working on your car. I’ve always have wanted to see that out of the people working on my car and it was very apparent on my first interaction there that this was the case. No matter what brings you into the garage, you can rest assured that you'll be taken care of every step of the way. The professionalism, conmunication, and quality of work speak for themselves

  The service manager Roy was awesome! I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to make it to my nieces wedding in Charleston, but he got me a great deal on the service I needed!

  What a blessing these guys were this evening. Thanks Roy you’re the best. Came in at 5:15 pm with tire trouble. They close at 6 but they stayed open to help me out. I had been driving since 6:30am from Alabama heading to the hills of WV. Had to get 4 new tires, and an alignment. It had been a rough slow ride. I’m glad I stopped to make sure I was safe. I still had a 4 hr drive ahead of me. Thanks guys you just don’t know how thankful I am that you were willing to help me.
