  Had an unfortunately disappointing experience here after the local Christiansburg Jiffy Lube permanently closed. I was directed to this shop as a “preferred” vendor for my company’s fleet management service for my fleet vehicle for a simple oil change. I called ahead and spoke to Roy to be sure they could handle fleet vehicles through a fleet management company. Roy advised he would have to check with a manager, but in the meantime was confident they could get me taken care of and encouraged me to drive on over. I’m always hesitant about any place that doesn’t sound confident in the workflow/procedure for fleet vehicles, but I figured I’d give it a shot. I drove over and mentioned I had just called about 15–20 minutes prior regarding a fleet vehicle, provided my fleet card, and was ready with the vehicle information. The discomfort began here, as I was asked to provide a card for the charges and asked for the fleet company address, which was a first for me. I had already provided the fleet card, which is all that should be needed outside of the company name and vehicle info. I advised that it should not be charged to a corporate card or similar, as that’s not how the fleet program works, and was met with frustration in tone. I explained I’d like to support a local business, but if they were unable to accommodate, I could take the business elsewhere. They ultimately decided to proceed with the oil change. The whole experience was about 45–60 minutes and was quite unpleasant. I saw that my vehicle was sitting in the lot after the oil change for about 10 minutes, so I walked up to the counter and said if they needed a card to put on the account, they could enter the fleet card info, as it may work like a credit/debit card since I also get gas with it. I was met with a short, “I don’t need it,” and they proceeded to process my paperwork, hand me the keys, and I was on my way. A far cry from the Jiffy Lube experience, where I pull up, they walk to the window, I tell them it’s fleet, they scan the VIN QR code in the driver-side door, have me pull in, change the oil, and I’m back on the road in usually less than 10 minutes with much better customer service. Sadly, I won’t be inclined to use this location again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else with a fleet vehicle.

  This place does quality work for amazing prices and does it fast. I purchased 4 all terrain tires in October 2023 and the insurance policy. On April 23, 2026, I had a tire blow out (due to another service companies error, no fault to Tire Discounters) and I called them immediately. Within 24 hours, they replaced the tire and had me back on the road and it was all low priced. I’m talking under $100 which is unheard of. Roy (service manager) and his team are professional and know what they are doing. Buy the insurance plan and hit them up for quality work. You won’t regret it!

  Purchased. Cooper AT tires in January , they installed Cooper endeavors tried to get refund on the difference. Still waiting on that
