When we first started losing power I did a Google search for mechanic Shops nearby and I called Tananahill thank goodness Jake answered the phone. He told me their shop was the very next exit and that even though they were closing soon, they would be able to work on it the next morning. We were able to get off the exit and make it to the shop right before the tranny blew completely. Jake was true to his word in every way. The next day he explained to us that it could be fixed and he could get the parts. He went above and beyond being patient and kind with us as we tried to make up our mind whether we were going to fix it. We decided to fix it . Jake started working on it, and it was repaired by the next day and we were back on the road. Thank you Jake. We were also so fortunate that there was a hotel within walking distance and a gas station and serve food within walking distance of the shop
