  Had an issue with my reservation but was able to get it sorted out thanks to Jordan . He was professional and helpful . There was also a young lady there who was very helpful as well but I didn't get her name.

  I recently had to rent a car for a week unexpectedly; Jordan did an amazing job helping me with the process start-finish (other location had no availability but BOTH Christiansburg locations communicated thoroughly to get me taken care of - thank you to Rowen at Enterprise by Corning as well!)

  Great to work with these folks with a stressful move. New truck, 2024. When I overpaid on gas they met me halfway. They didn’t have to do that.
