    Make sure to talk to someone who knows what the hell they are talking about. I called 3 times to speak to a representative of this location and was told I would have no issue renting a vehicle if I arrived today at the store and paid. Well I have a friend who brought me, dropped me off and I went inside only to be told "the earliest we can rent to you is tomorrow at 11" when I need to be at work tomorrow by 8 am. I also told the lady I'm a good 20 minutes drive from home and asked what the hell they expect me to do. She shrugged it off with a half ass apology and I had to make a reservation for the next day at 11. If they want to rectify this issue I would much appreciate them covering the lost income from me having to miss a half day of work due to their horrible communication

    Absolutely the best customer service ever and Miss Connie who was my ride to and from the auto body shop was delightful. The staff was amazing and the whole process was flawless.

    SERIOUSLY! one day rental and $561 hit my credit card.... tried calling back on hold 12 minutes TWICE... branch is still assisting other customers. branch is still assisting other customers... get it together!

    They are awesome to deal w and really work w you the best they can. Gabe and Madison were outstanding. Mrs Connie the driver to take us home is an amazing sweet caring enjoyable lady. She definitely needs a raise!!!!!!!!😇🤗😊❣️ Thank you all for what you did to help us for the month.
