  Rowan he’s the manager is awesome he will go out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied and well taken care of. He makes his customers feel wanted as soon as you walk through the door: I have been renting vehicles from there over two years and seen a lot of employees come and go but he is the very best one yet!! Thank you again Rowan for everything you do ❤️❤️

  Do what you can to not rent a car from this location. We rented a car and paid the deposit which was supposed to be refunded back. Every other time, the deposit was back before I remembered to check. This time, I checked my account, nothing, so I called and the lady put me on hold, came back and said it takes a couple days, hung up, and checked my account again and it was pending. So, that's what she was doing when she put me on hold. Today, the money is not pending or credited, just gone. So I called and the phone rang for 15 minutes before I decided to do to their location. Dude pulled it up and said that I was indeed charged $476 for a two day rental that was originally $176 and gave the same line, "it'll take two days..." bs. Never again. It's just money but it is also the principle of the fact.

  Auto rental with Enterprise was my best car rental experience to date. Superior to Avis in every way. The 2025 sedan was spotless inside and out; not a speck of dust of dirt on the floors. Check out at Charlotte International Airport, which was very busy at the time I brought the car in was painless. A representative immediately came to my door, checked the car and sent me on my way. I never had to wait in line or ask for a second wash. Enterprise is now my go to for car rental!

  I’m a longtime customer that has rented from Enterprise all over the world. My last rental reservation and rental agreement clearly stated that there would be no charge for mileage and they charged me $0.50 per mile. This rental was used to take my family to the airport where moved out of the country. Enterprise will not answer the phone or return messages.

  Some sort of joke. Why have a reservation platform that doesn't reserve a car? Literally no sense at all and call 1 hour before pick up time to say no cars. No one at the branch can explain, just repeat the same bs over and over while I have to car to travel. I'll get a uhaul next time enterprise is a joke.
