  I expected much better from Enterprise. I was wrongly denied a rental because of an internal system error related to my international driver’s license. It took weeks of emails before someone in the Damage Recovery Unit finally identified and fixed the issue. While I appreciate that the problem was eventually resolved, it caused me to miss part of my trip, incur additional transportation and rental costs, and waste a significant amount of time. Since then, I’ve contacted Enterprise three separate times to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Each time I was promised someone would get back to me, and each time I was given a new reference number. Despite those promises, I have never received a follow-up. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. Unfortunately, Enterprise has repeatedly failed to follow through on its commitments, leaving me with the impression that customer service ends once the immediate issue is closed. I hope someone at Enterprise will finally take ownership of this and provide the response I’ve been waiting for.

  I have called enterprise everywhere for help. I do travel and rent vehicles often. I talked to Jonah and he reached out to other branches and was very helpful.

  This business made getting a rental car due to a car accident an absolute nightmare. The first car that they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke, had cigarettes in it and burn holes all over the upholstery. To get that resolved, the new car, and then the refund from that first car took over 20 phone calls and over five hours of my cumulative time. The manager, Rowan, promised me a refund. I had to call four times to get it and still have not received it all. He refunded partially. At this point we are looking into following up legally in order to get the remaining balance owed. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had as a customer in my entire life.
