I got my two rear tires done, and they did a good job on them. They also notified me of other services I should get done, so I’m getting those done next.

Visited this location yesterday 10.10 for an inspection for my hardworking husband who just got home from working overnight! I was greeted by Jake, Todd and Jorge! Jake was very professional and communicated with me from start to finish. Todd was extremely efficient and professional! Jorge assistes with answering calls and checking in guestes while providing updates on information and progress to existent guests still waiting. Jake and Todd brought me to seemy vehicle and explain everything that was checked and anything needed for my inspection. Turns out my low beam on thr driver side was out! The "lightbulb" went off (no pun intended) in my mind because ai had been strugglibg to see when it was dark and was nonethewiser as to the reason! 💡It was such a blessing 🙏that they were able to speedily get the part and fix the light so I could properly see...especially since the time is about to change🍁🍂 and it will be dark when I go to work and drive home from work..and also got me all checked out..with very reasonable pricing and on my way. 💲 I was there, for what felt like, no time at all because of the pleasant interactions and attentiveness from the staff members mentioned! Because my experience on 10.10 was stellar 🌟 .....I traveled back to this location again today 10.11 for an oil change on our other vehicle! Jake quixkly got me checked in no more than 5 minutes later, my car was being pulled in and placed on a lift! I have never been serviced so quickly after arriving as a walk-in customer before! This was refreshing and brough some light to such a dreary rainy day! 🌧 Todd did a great job of explaining the process and showing me recommendations for my cabin and air filters. Todd even provided pricing information before moving forward. Todd was simultaneously servicing my vehicle and assisting his coworkers with the vehicles they were servicing! In my time there, i observed that there were a lot of guests arriving with incoming calls, simultaneously and Jake did an excellent job of juggling every task, still providing attention to detail and guests. 🤹‍♀️ Both my cabin and air filter needed replacing and after expressing the budget wasn't open to allow the extra costs today, both Jake and Todd were very respectful and understanding; explaining that when it was feasible, to simply come back and they would take care of it then. There was no pressure or attitude. Just pure and humbling human interactions! That is customer service meeting humanity! 😀The costs for the oil change was reasonably fair and lower than other competitors!💲 Before Todd closed the hood, he mentioned that there was no wiper fluid and offered to fill it up! Again, such a blessing🙏 having such personal and attentive mechanics and employees to interact with! 🌟 10 out of 10 recommend this location! 🌟Thanks to everyone for making the past 2 days, nothing but positive! Keep up the awesome service!👍

Jake is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. He obviously keeps the shop going and maintains his cool demeanor at all times. He got me in and out quickly and I like that he doesn’t talk down to females, as many auto shops do! I highly recommend this shop!

These guys took excellent care of us when a belt in our tire broke on the way to our vacation home. All our tires were close to needing to be replaced anyway, so we were given 4 brand new touring tires for a SONG when they easily could have upcharged for a rush job. They had been extra busy that day but still squeezed us in and got the job done so quickly that we got to the beach house to check in on time! Would definitely return and refer to friends!! Thank you guys! 🚗

Got a set (4) brand new tires for the X3 and never in my life have I ever been given 4 "dirty/nasty" looking tires. When the wife got the vehicle home I thought there had been a mistake; the tires were so dirty they not only looked used but I fear they were damaged as well (thank GOD they were not). If I had been available to pickup the vehicle the condition of those tires WOULD NOT HAVE PASSES MUSTER.
