- AEAaron EstesMar 18, 20171.0I had them install a DVD player in my van and I had to take it back twice for repairs within the first year. Then It started shutting off for no reason and they could not fix it and it was just past a year so warranty was voided. So they said that the only option is to get a new one or send the old one in to the manufacturer and pay them for repairs. I'll give them 1 star for being polite but I can't excuse them for the fact I have to get a new DVD player a year after it was installed. Either they sell crappy products or install wrong. Either way I will not be returning to them or recommend them.
