  I initially thought I was receiving good service from Strickland Brothers. A few months ago, when my vehicle had around 120,000 miles, I had my oil changed there. At that time, one of the employees recommended adding an oil stabilizer along with a separate high-mileage additive. I agreed to the additional service and paid for it. Later, while traveling out of state, I had my oil changed at another company. They offered the same type of additives as separate products, so I agreed to have them added. When I recently returned to Strickland Brothers, I specifically told the employee that I wanted the same service I had received during my first visit. After the oil change was completed, I asked about the additives because I did not see them being added. I was told that the additives were now already included in the oil and were no longer separate products. This was confusing because I could clearly see both quart bottles of the additives displayed inside the garage. What bothered me even more was that I paid essentially the same amount as I had during my previous visit when the additional products were supposedly included separately. To make sure I understood correctly, I contacted two other Strickland Brothers locations. Both locations told me that these additives are separate products that should be added separately, and both apologized for the confusion I experienced at the other location. Unfortunately, this left me feeling that I was not given an honest explanation and that I paid for a service I may not have received. I had been satisfied with my previous experience, but after this visit, I have lost confidence in this location and will not be returning.

  Remain in vehicle oil change that really is 10-minutes. Air filter changed and fluids topped off as well as inflated tires, checked lights, and offered wiper blades and in-cabin air filter replacement which I didn’t require. Way better experience than the dealership as I value my time. Very convenient location and hours, to include Saturdays and Sundays. I think that I have found my new oil change spot.

  2nd time here and always professional. Brian, Chris, Cohen Tyreke took very good care of us and work well as a team. Drove up and Brian immediately offered us water. Just a great experience!

  I had a wonderful visit to Chester location near my home in Bermuda Orchard. The Mgr was very professional and took excellent care of my vehicle. I will definitely be going back with my other ones. Great honor to veterans and the military with an awesome discount.
