  I can’t speak enough good things about this place! When insurance sends you somewhere, you automatically assume the employees won’t be friendly or accommodating, but this location gave me the opposite experience. Will be using them again if I ever need a rental!

  The experience was great. The rental process went smoothly and the staff was very helpful. Even got a free upgrade not to mention even got a courtesy call hours after I returned the rental.

  Great service, friendly and helpful staff, clean vehicle. Booked online thru a third party and request was honored for the type of SUV I needed. Jordan went above and beyond. He was thorough, patient, and helped me unload equipment since i had a large event. I was having a rough start to the day before pick up and he was encouraging and made it a smooth, enjoyable customer experience. FYI: There was a $300 incidentals hold that comes back when you bring the car back. They also do not honor 3rd party collision coverage (& you would have to go thru insurance if something happens) so the company could benefit from stating that clearly when on 3rd party booking sites. Other than that, no surprises in pricing or other details.
