  I reserved a specific vehicle more than two months in advance because it was important for my vacation plans. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that someone had only started looking for it a couple of days earlier. I believe the planning process should have begun well before then to ensure my reservation could be honored and to provide a positive customer experience. The vehicle we reserved was specifically intended for a beach vacation. Instead, we were given a vehicle that was very similar to the one we already own. Had we wanted to drive a vehicle like our own, we would have simply driven our personal car instead of paying to rent one. I did receive a 10% discount, and while I appreciate the gesture, I know my employer offers a larger corporate discount that was not applied. This was an incredibly disappointing way to begin a vacation that I have not been able to take in years because of the demands of my profession. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but reserving a vehicle months in advance should provide customers with confidence that the requested vehicle will be available or that a comparable alternative will be arranged in advance.

  I rent from this location for my annual trip, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the consistently excellent service. Zach has been there for several years, and it’s always great to see a familiar face when I arrive. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the rental process smooth and stress-free every time. It’s rare these days to find someone who provides such consistently outstanding customer service year after year. Zach is a huge asset to this location, and I truly appreciate all of his help over the years. Looking forward to renting here again next year!

  Terrible experience. I reserved a minivan and called twice to confirm it was available. After driving 2 hours to pick it up, I was told they no longer had it and only had a small car available. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. The customer service was poor and the communication was even worse. I ended up calling Budget, and they had a minivan ready with excellent service. I won’t be using this location again.

  I want to thank Enterprise for a wonderful and blessed experience. The staff was very professional and respectful.They treat me with much kindness. I noticed when I was there they preformed the best team work I ever saw ind a business. They greeted every person who came through the door with a wonderful smile. Thank you to the staff you all were a blessing to me. I would refer Enterprise to all my friends and family. God bless you all.
