  I recently went here when I was in a time crunch. I usually go to the dealership, but I didn't have time to get out there because I had a trip planned the next day. I needed an oil change to ensure safe travels. The staff was very friendly, worked very quickly, and best of all, they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. I also liked that I could see them extract the dirty oil from my engine so that I knew I was actually getting fresh oil. It helped a lot with trusting that I was getting what I paid for. They also had a coupon on their website I was able to use, which saved me a few dollars. Overall, I'll definitely go back to this place when I need a quick, simple oil change with no hassle. Thank you!

  Mike and the Team at the Western Branch Valvoline were great. Easy to understand what was needed for the oil change and they were all quick and efficient. I'll definitely be back.

  I absolutely love coming here. They are always so professional and the service was fast. Went for an oil change. They even put air in my tires. I will be coming back . thank you guys!!!

  I have a 2008 Acura and I needed the differential fluid replaced but was having a difficult time finding a reputable inexpensive repair shop. I also needed my oil changed so I looked online and saw that Valvoline also changed differential fluids! So I drove down first thing Saturday morning, and met two of the most outstanding professional employees I have dealt with in many years. They were extremely kind and explained so many different technical things to me, and I was very, very pleased with the outcome of service that I received, and the price was absolutely amazing! They also honored a $20 coupon that I had. This Valvoline instant oil change business is outstanding.

  Never again. We got there to get an oil chane and of course they didn't have the filter we needed for the oil change so they stated if we get it they would knock something off which they did, ok kool. We leave and go get the filter but if you're driving a car the front part of your car hits the concrete so hard it sounds like everything underneath fell apart. we get the filter and come back and get the service. Upon leaving the worker says "drive slow" ok we did and the front bottom of the car slammed the concrete again. Next day my engine light came on and says I have slow leak in my exhaust pipe very funny how all of a sudden we leave and this happens. The workers heard the car hit because one guy had this dumb look like damn their car hit hard. Someone needs to address this.
