We purchased a used Subaru for our teen and had a great experience. Chris was professional and helpful with no pressure. We appreciate the no-haggle model and the prices are fair. We found a great car in our budget and the purchase process was smooth. We would certainly give them our business again.

***Update - I have received a response to my email. Further correspondence and documentation has been submitted for their team to review. Hopefully, I can come back and update my review of which I fully intend upon additional interaction with their team.*** Within 30 days (@5/11/26) of the date of purchase (04/30/2026) of the vehicle, the fuel pump failed and the turbo coolant lines were leaking. After a thorough inspection from the local BMW dealership, the car was sold that requires over $17,000.00 in repairs and replacement parts. The dealership sold me a warranty which is not covering the cost of repairs due to the misrepresentation of the time of the sale. The vehicle was bought in good faith under the expectation that it was a safe operable and merchant-able vehicle. While initially I was trying to resolve the main two concerns of the fuel pump and turbo coolant lines, the dealership has remained silent, ignoring my calls or flat out not returning my call. I truly wanted to resolve my issue at the lowest level possible. However unfortunately, I will have to file formal complaints with the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and VA Attorney General's Consumer Protection section to review the sale as well as the Virginia State Police about the inspection of which has the mileage of the vehicle and the failed inspection from the local authorized BMW dealership showing similar mileage. The itemized invoice and video provided by the authorized BMW dealership was submitted to UDrive USA via email with a formal complaint with no response. Follow up calls remain unanswered and to date the issue remains unresolved. This car was a cash purchase with no financing.

EDIT: The owner reached out to me on 6/9 to explain what happened. I'll revise with any additional updates. EDIT: UDrive reimbursed me for the inspection cost on 6/19. It was still a frustrating and inconveniencing experience but I appreciate them trying to make up for it. I inquired about a vehicle on 6/1/26. I asked the salesperson (Rachel) if there were any significant issues, to which she said no known significant issues. I told her I'd be coming from out of state and wanted to have a mobile pre-purchase inspection performed to save travel time and avoid unnecessary surprises. She agreed, and we made an appointment for me to come pick up the car on 6/13, pending a satisfactory inspection report. My inspector confirmed an appointment time on 6/3, for the morning of 6/6. When the inspector arrived, the car was in pieces with much of the interior removed, the battery disconnected, not drivable, and unable to even visually inspect the engine. See photos. I do not know why the car was in this condition, why no one at UDrive informed me that it wouldn't be ready for the inspection, or for that matter why they even scheduled the inspection in the first place since it appears the car had been sitting for a while. I'm inconvenienced having wasted time waiting on a car that's not even drivable let alone salable, and of course also out the money that I paid for the wasted inspection.
