  Complete scammers!! Do not buy from them! My bf bought a car from then this weekend that had MAJOR undisclosed issues and are now refusing to abide by the lemon laws set in VA and give him a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! So many reviews match his exact experience.

  Dealership looks more like a junk yard, i had an appointment and no one had no idea i was even coming, car had flat tires and dead battery. Was told i had to bring my own financing that they don't do anything. Defiantly wont be going back or recommending this place to anyone

  I had an excellent experience working with UDrive USA. They handled a trade-in for me and also took care of repairs on our personal vehicles, and everything was done smoothly from start to finish. What stood out most was their professionalism and transparency. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept communication consistent, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. The process felt straightforward and honest, which is hard to find. The repairs were done efficiently and with attention to detail, and you can tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, the trade-in process was handled fairly and without any pressure. Overall, I appreciate how they operate and how they treat their customers. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

  I exchanged several times with Rachel, she said she was going to look at several things but she never got me any real answers about the car I was looking into. 6 days messaging back and forth to be in the same spot as day one. They only knew what the Carfax said. They would not be able to check themselves the status of the tires nor the brakes nor the suspension and the car was right there. Let alone timing chain or cam follower, etc... They know less about a car than any private owner would. All they could say is : "The car runs and has VA inspection". They are professionals of sending polite professional messages but nothing related to cars. Waste of time and glad I run away on time.

  If you are looking for a dealership worth driving out of your way for, this is it. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is different. The owner is top-notch, and that level of care carries throughout the entire dealership. The sales team goes above and beyond, treats people the right way, and genuinely wants to help you find the right vehicle rather than pressure you into something. Their inventory is extremely curated, exceptional, and full of unique vehicles you do not see everywhere. If you are looking for something special, this is absolutely a place you should check out. They also have a phenomenal repair shop with a team you can trust long after the sale is done. Hard to find dealerships like this anymore. Highly recommend making the trip — you will not be disappointed.
