  Onsite location was great and was 5 star. Phone customer service was horrible and almost caused me not to so business with tire choice. Foreign individual who insisted on making an appointment and knew nothing about tires. Wrecked havoc on the whole process. Current customer service system needs to be scrapped and local customer service brought back.

  Don’t take your vehicle here. Dropped my Tundra off Monday am at 0700 when shop opened for a State Inspection. Said it would hopefully be done by evening or Tuesday am. By Wednesday am no call. Finally a call Wednesday around 5pm. Said it needed 3rd brake light bulb to pass. Wanted to charge me 75 dollars. I told them to just reject it. I went there that same day before they closed, popped off the 3rd light cover and put new bulb in, took me 60 seconds. Went back inside and they said it will get pushed to front of the line. I just now got called that it was done, FRIDAY afternoon. Their customer service sucks. 5 days for something that is minimal. Save yourself the hassle and find a ma/pa shop who cares about their people.

  Not sure where yesterday's review went but would not recommend for inspection or service. Went through a 4 day ordeal with this place. Been going there for years with many cars, not anymore!

  Great place when in for no start, grabbed credit line. Sold me wheel bearings said needed but, come find out didn't need guy put new brake package not few months prior as they wanted provide elect deserve. Work was done didn't hold, which was thrilling experience, had get another shop fix suppose done right first time. Sent reciept to corporate as not the technician and manager handle that issue hand out number to call, cant block bays filing grievance. Instead taking accountability amend bill reflect done, offered refund dissolve other shop work demean experience was provided.

  I was 15 year customer, brought my sons truck in for alignment. Mike the service advisor called me, and said it need both upper ball joints, left inner tie rod, idler, and pitman arms. Their quote was 2654.18. I told him I would come pick the truck up and my son and I could do the project together. Teach him some mechanical work spend time together and save some money at the same time. I spent 400 bucks on moog chassis parts. Not a big deal. Call Mike back Monday morning at 830 to get in line for the alignment. He told me might not be able to get to it till Tuesday, ok no problem. No word , I called him 745 Wednesday morning. He said o yeah we been backed up on big jobs pulling it in next should be done this morning sometime. I went there at 2pm. Still in the spot we dropped it Monday. Terrible customer service, and overpriced, I can only imagine what they do to people who don’t know anything about cars. Save yourself a headache and do not go to this place.
