  The wheel barring done during my inspection caused my two front tires to ruin. I got those two front tires in April or May of 2025. Not even a year later, after my inspection that was in October when this occurred, I find out this information from a different worker than the worker who actually signed off/set up this whole thing up to happen - the one who printed the paper, took my keys, etc. I know the name and it’s a good thing I will not mention it. (First name starts with a letter at the end the alphabet)… anyway, the different worker who informed me, I wonder why they did. Because now, you’ll never see me as a customer again. And this is an official review which will do well.

  Left my house without knowing I had a flat tire but found out pretty fast. Luckily I have towing with my insurance and they set up a time with you all quickly. The wait time was great.

  Absolutely horrible experience , they don’t give you right explanation and guy at the front desk instead of explain and looking better in the computer system kept yelling at me and send me to check if I change my tires to Firestone but originally was with tire choice Chesapeake at the cedar road , never come back

  Have been here a few times for damaged tires and to get new tires for my daughter's car before she moved to FL for school. Always a great experience. So when we had an issue with what we assumed was a battery thing with my husband's car, we had an appointment at a local dealership. Two days went by without a word from them. So we went, picked up the car and I called Heather at Tire Choice. She has always been wonderful to work with so she said if it was a battery issue she could get it fixed that day. Mind you this was a Saturday. We took it to her and she came through for us. I think my husband's car would still be sitting at the dealership and Heather and her team took care of us in no time and even fixed something else that we didnt know was going on with the car. Quality service for sure. We are now bringing our car here for service! Thank you!
