  I had my mother-in-law's car brought in by tow truck for a flat tire. We were told that the tire replacement and change for two tires would be about an hour. Two and a half hours later we brought my mother-in-law back to the shop and it was still not completed. When my wife and mother-in-law drove up they could see that the tires were off of the vehicle yet when they walked inside to see how much longer it was going to take the person at the counter informed them that the tires weren't even off the car yet. This shows that the two halves of the shop do not have great communication. My mother-in-law's tires were finally completed and she continued her road trip to Florida where on the way down she discovered (based on a system notification from her vehicle) that two different tire sizes had been placed on her vehicle. This is quite a serious safety issue and could have caused potential damage to the vehicle or severe injury had there been an accident on her drive. The shop was quite nice on the return repair and correct replacement, more based on the fact that I'm sure they realize the huge liability risk they had placed themselves in by incorrectly placing tires the first time. This was the second issue my mother-in-law has ever had with a vehicle at the shop, the first time being incorrectly placed spark plugs that needed to be replaced just days after being put in at this location. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles nor my mother-in-law's vehicle back to the shop, and we will be finding services with another company. (I also was not going to leave a review initially since they did fix the issue in the end, but since receiving no less than 6 emails in the last two weeks, I assume they want it badly enough.)

  I recently received a quote of $179 just to remove four lug nuts, which I found extremely excessive for such a simple service. That kind of pricing feels unreasonable and disappointing as a customer. If you’re not careful, you may end up paying far more than expected here

  Tire Choice on Cedar Road always provides exceptional and professional service and they do a great job of keeping you informed of your status. Can't ask for much more than that (other than free tires :-)

  I had gotten my tire replaced last minute while I was away visiting my family in Chesapeake, VA and I didn't have a choice to get my entire tires to be replaced at Tire Choice Auto Service. Center plus I had a good deal when I purchased 4 tires and I was very happy with the excellent service.
