  The Tire Choice on Carmichael Way in Chesapeake ALWAYS does a superb job for me! JB knows his “stuff” and always explains everything to me clearly. The front desk staff is MOST helpful and knowledgeable as well. I have recommended the business to all of my friends and family.

  First person I spoke to on phone wasn’t helpful at all — he wouldn’t accept the fact that I had bought my tires over 5 years ago and that I needed a tire repaired or replaced— I was still under the 70,000 mile warranty range—- finally he didn’t want to speak to me anymore so he gave the phone to his manager Christine who was very nice and understanding and worked out things for me—- she was very helpful as well as the young lady who helped me the next day

  Called to get a quote to patch a hole in my tire, lady quoted me $50 which is insane! The lady was also cold on the line not showing empathy toward the time I needed it done by. I called NTB, max cost for tire patch is $30 if big hole and $20 if small, with a 1 hour wait time. They were very generous on the phone and in Person. If you’re in the Hillcrest area of Chesapeake just go the NTB they are across the street from Tire choice. NTB also has better reviews. There’s a reason for that.

  I had a very good experience here. The main guy I spoke to was JB and he was extremely helpful. My oil pressure gauge started, bugging out and lights coming up on my dash so I pulled into the shop. JB listen to the problems that I had and addressed all of them he explained to me what he thought it was and what he thought the best solution was. He got started on my truck very quick and ended up fixing everything properly. It was exactly what he thought the problem was. His crew members are also very friendly and efficient. I also had a regular oil change done and some work done on my brakes and my truck drives very smoothly now.

  Came in to have my vehicle inspected after being turned down at five other locations. The folks here were able to get me seen without an appointment and on a Saturday which I have found is like an unwritten rule in Chesapeake that inspections don't occur on a Saturday (joking). The inspector failed me so you may ask why five stars ...the guy that did it was professional and calmly explained the requirements to me and I learned a lot after having my very first state inspection completed. I'll be bringing all my vehicles here, these folks are not only competent but fun and caring.
