  Check your receipt before leaving they charged me $25 for the tire warranty which I wasn't asked about and would have declined. Didn't look at my receipt until 5 days later. To late to dispute the charge. Over service was good staff was friendly

  My problem isn’t the price or anything, my problem is the service for one tire. I’ve been to the Holland Road Tire choice twice for one tire and both times they had my car all weekend.

  Thanks for servicing my tire on a Sunday. It is really convenient that you are open on Sundays and I need this tire repair as soon as possible for work on Monday again thank you.

  I dropped my car off right when the shop opened at 7:30 AM because all I needed was for the splash guard underneath my car to be looked at and reattached. I knew they might be busy, but I never expected such a simple job to go untouched for an entire day. Around lunchtime, I called to check on it and was told there was only one car ahead of mine. Since it sounded like my car would be next, I didn't want to keep calling and bothering them. By 6:00 PM, an hour before they closed, I still hadn't heard anything, so I got a ride to the shop. When I got there, my car was still sitting in the exact same spot where I parked it that morning. It hadn't even been moved. I took an entire day off work for this, only for my car to not even be looked at. The most frustrating part wasn't that they got busy. It was the lack of communication. If they had called and told me they weren't going to get to it that day, I could have picked my car up hours earlier instead of wasting an entire day waiting. I understand that things don't always go as planned, but keeping customers informed is the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete waste of my time, and I won't be coming back.

  Great price. Friendly service. Easy scheduling. But….As I was checking out the manager showed me a list of “recommended” services. And said “You need an oil change and your filters are dirty. I had JUST had all of that done 3 days previous at the dealer. That’s just dishonest , insulating and really annoying.
