Just want to give a big shout out to Michael Anderson. I hope that regional or an owner finds this message. You have a great employee, store manager. Just want to say thank you to Tire Choice for being open on a holiday Friday and for Michael being at work to be able to answer all of my questions and provide unremarkable service !!!. Thank you, Michael and I hope God blesses you with all of your desires. Thanks, Tire Choice.

Mike was great! Place was slappin and I dropped my car off and he had it back to me in under two hours. HOWEVER, on my receipt with the alignment, it’s only a receipt. No measurements on what was out of spec or computer printout showing they adjusted anything and it was now within spec. No proof that they did anything except bill me. I would HOPE and assume they did a good job, but alignments are presented with a spec sheet in my experience

Yikes! Military please avoid this location. The standard 5% tire choice military appriciation discount is only honored if you spend $1000 as implied by thier customer service rep working the front today. (which is unfortunate because this location has been so professional in the past and a small discount was never looked at like a bargaining or haggling strategy) Went in to have my tire inspected to see if the tire patch that was applied less than a month ago was failing. The slow leak that I experienced before getting the patch continued and I gave it time to see if the fluctuation in tempatures lately was causing an effect. Front costumer service rep (no name tag) said it was most likely a nail before I even asked about a price for what a new patch would cost. No consideration was given that their previous service may have been faulty. Got a call a few hours later and went back. Same customer service rep gave the price and waited for me to pay. I asked what was wrong with the tire to which his reply was "you had a nail or a screw" (is that the go to awnser? and how do you not know?) and somthing to the effect that "isn't it great that it could be repaired" (which I guess IS better than 2 new tires but who says that in customer service???) When I asked how far apart the now 2 patches are from each other I was informed that I had to wait for a lunch break to occur ask the technician. Frustrated, I paid and left knowing that If I complaied or reported anything that nothing would be done. The likelyhood of two nails in the same tire in less than 4 weeks is small but still possible so I just figured I had bad luck. 50 dollars is not a hill Im going to die on but fellow service members (current or retired) should know that they pick and choose when to apply a company benifit discount. The 2.50 I could have saved is not the point... the attitude of who you put to represent your company, the lack of information given, and the failure to honor somthing that is company policy is wild! Do better, your standards are slipping!
