Went there for a state inspection even though there was 4 people ahead of me, I was out in a decent time. Michael at the front desk is on point. Very detailed and knowledgable with customers needs. Did not want to charge or write a service the customer did not need. Very professional and patience with upset customer who needed to fix some stuff for state inspection. Another person was having a difficult time at a different branch to get a tire replace, Michael called the other store and took care of the customer.

My experience at this Tire Choice has been the most positive outcome dealing with a car company cuz most of them want to get over on you especially older women single women but not this one that the manager Michael Anderson he's superb. He gives you what you need and if you don't need something then he'll tell you don't need it but what you need you need and he explains everything why the course is the way it is and things like that and you don't find that into me people that care about people he's a he's a he's a personable person he really have what it takes to be a manager there and unfortunately I'm going to be sad to see him go cuz I heard he's retiring but I wish that Tire Choice whoa roll out the red carpet for him and not let him retire cuz you're going to lose a lot of customers behind that I believe because I've never seen manager that takes pride in his work and the people that he deals with everyday so I give him 100% And he's going to be really missed so I thank you Michael Anderson for being such a personable person and a caring person and and you look out for older elderly people you know you're not one of those companies that you know want to take advantage you know you tell him like it is and and that's real very rare. And by the way I come from the area of Northwest Titus town to travel all the way to Western Branch location because of this man and his outstanding customer service. For me customer service means more to me than anything else and I forgot that.

My experience with Tire Choice has been very wise choice. I like the service of all 3 of my vehicles that they provide as for maintenance and state inspections. Would I recommend their services, yes.
