  Mr. Garrett & Mr.Johnson are hard working men, service was phenomenal! Good, cool ppls fr! Made me feel comfortable taking my car into a shop outside of Honda dealership. Would definitely recommend to anybody in Chesapeake and/or 757 area. Tell them “Vizio” sent you!

  First time going to Strickland Brothers. Nice place, nice people. Upon arriving, I was given a cold bottle of water while I waited for my turn. Fred and his workers were very professional. Service options were explained, no pressure felt. They were online coupons! Fred checked my lights, signals, wipers. I Would recommend this business to anyone looking for a thorough and quick oil change. Fred has great customer service skills, very pleasant. I will return whenever I'm in need of an oil change! My new go to spot!!!! Fred and his crew ROCKS!!

  Do NOT take your vehicle here. I paid $136 for a Premium Euro Synthetic oil change, and within 20 minutes of driving home, a warning light flashed on my dashboard. It went away after parking, but 2 hours later, I walked outside to a massive puddle of oil covering my driveway. ​I had to jack up the car myself to investigate and found that the oil pan drain bolt was never torqued to spec—it was dangerously loose and spewing oil. About 50% of the brand-new oil had leaked out, leaving my engine dangerously close to catastrophic damage and leaving a severe oil stain on my property. ​I was forced to re-torque the bolt myself, go out and buy replacement oil, and now I have to buy heavy chemical degreasers to clean my driveway. Letting a customer drive off with an unsecured drain plug is grossly negligent, incompetent, and dangerous. Save yourself the headache and safety risk—stay far away from this place!

  I had an excellent experience! The staff was professional, friendly, and took great care of me from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Trevonn and Fred for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They explained everything clearly, got my oil change done quickly, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
