- CBChauntel Boykinstoday1.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. From the moment I pulled up, the employee working, a Black guy with long locs, was rude and unwelcoming. He actually rolled his eyes at me, making it seem like I was bothering him by simply showing up for an oil change. My car’s undercarriage cover was hanging down a little, and instead of being professional, he made comments about my car. He sucked his teeth and said, “Just come on,” with an attitude. At that point, I felt extremely uncomfortable, almost like I needed to apologize for coming there and expecting him to do his job. Mind you, there were NO other cars being serviced at the time. Their business hours are 8 AM to 7 PM, and I arrived around 2 PM, so I’m not sure where all the attitude was coming from. I ended up backing out and leaving because I refuse to spend my money somewhere I’m made to feel unwelcome. As I was leaving, the employee went right back over to a parked car to continue talking to whoever was inside. Customer service goes a long way. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, just a simple oil change and basic respect. Very disappointing experience.

- LLLilianaSep 26, 20261.01110 on Saturday the 26th of September. Pulled up to get an oil change. Man told us to back up so we did. Placed a cone in the lane we were in and without saying a word walked off.
