  From the moment I reached out about the repair, they were incredibly helpful. I scheduled an appointment through my insurance company and then went to the store to have my window covered until my repair appointment. The staff was quick, professional, and made sure to clean up all of the broken glass. I would definitely recommend them for window repair!

  The back glass installation of my G90 2025 was horrible. Had to go back and have a supervisor look at it. There were chips of glass in my trunk. They scheduled what is called a warranty appointment, but the installation was horrible. Glass wasn’t aligned or sealed. Hopefully they will correct the issue.

  I had a great overall experience with Safelite. The staff was professional, courteous, and the windshield replacement on my 2022 Mercedes-Benz was done well. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because I had to return to have my cameras recalibrated, which appears to have been overlooked during my original appointment. Once I came back, the issue was taken care of, and everything is working as it should. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend Safelite. I just encourage them to double-check that all recalibrations are completed before customers leave.

  On a road trip a rock hit my windshield and left a large crack. I have used Safelite in the past without an issue. This appointment started with a lack of communication of expected arrival outside of the initial window. After the arrival window ended, I called customer support to get an idea of when to expect the technician. They said within the hour. 2 and a half hours he arrived. The windshield was replaced. When I checked the sensors I noticed one was half covered with something dark. I asked about the sensor being covered and he said it was just the normal pad for it. Well, he was incorrect. The rain sensor does not normally have anything blocking it from the glass. My wipers don't detect rain now. The HUD is ghosting/fuzzy and the windshield makes enough noise that everything thinks a window is open while we drive. To say I'm not satisfied is an understatement.
