  Loved the place. I was scrambling to find a place to rotate the tires before going out of town before the July 4 holiday and Chris and the folks here really came through. They were really helpful and were able to get me right back.

  Ethan was absolutely amazing. He truly helped me in a bind with my tire going flat. Without his quick service, I’d be stuck sitting someone on the road. He is def the go to person for your vehicle needs

  Discovered an object in my tire when nearby and stopped in for assistance. They got me in immediately, removed what appeared to be a metal hook from a wooden hanger, plugged the hole, and got me back on the road without delay. No cost and done right before closing. My thanks to Ethan for his friendly, professional service and the pit crew for knocking the repair out! Will definitely consider NTB for my next tire replacement.

  If I could give this place a negative 300 rating, I would. Took my 2022 subaru impreza here recently for just a state inspection. Considering the car is so new and very well taken care of, I was shocked to hear that it failed state inspection and would need $2000 in repairs. TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS! For what was originally a $20 state inspection! I immediately suspected a scam attempt. The ntb guy on the phone said it failed tires (which we knew the tires were bad), but it also failed several other things somehow bringing it to over $2000. I took the car to the local Great Bridge Auto Service place for another inspection, and guess what? My car still failed inspection, but only on the tires! Just for reference, the tires are the cheapest part of the repair, so this NTB place tacked on a bunch of extra and very expensive repairs that did not need to be done! I took the car to get tires and then got it reinspected and passed all for just a few hundred bucks as opposed to $2000! I can only assume what ntb did here was illegal, and they should be ashamed if they have any desire for a good reputation. I pray Virginia does a better job investigating businesses who try to exploit the mandatory inspection every year. Stay away from chain places like this one, only go to local-owned ones

  Update 6-7-26 Took a couple days to cool off from the visit. But finally I took the car to get inspected where it passed inspection with no hiccups. The technician told me my car was in great shape. I also got a call from the regional manager on Thursday after I called back into customer service and requested a called high priority call back. Which is when the regional manager went on to tell me that the service I got was standard and he couldn’t just give me a sticker. Which I never asked for that I just wanted an honest inspector to complete an inspection. It can go both ways but I will be avoiding these crooks. It’s a racket!!! ********* CAUTION PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS ************ Man I’ve been taking my cars (multiple) here for 5 years. This new manager and crew are horrible. First I was told I had to make an appointment for an inspection then I was told it’s first come first serve. Then I finally get in for the inspection and they fail me for control arms and a brake light. $1500 to fix. No thank I’ll do it myself for $450 parts and labor. I get the issue from the failed inspection fixed and try to come back within the 15 days but no I can’t get in on the last day of the month I have to make an appointment. This is what I was told over the phone. Then finally when I do take my car for the re inspection these fools try to say something else is bad and it would be another $1500 to fix and reject it again. Mind you I already bought 4 brand new tires ($600) there when they failed my van on the first inspection. Stay away from this place that’s horrible business. This is a high pressure sales tactic. Try to get you when it’s a high pressure time. I wouldn’t trust them. I won’t be going back there ever again.
