  Came in for a state inspection, my vehicle passed, i was told about a couple of things that will be needed soon, but no pressure to do it right now. Great place, will be back.

  My husband and I have been loyal customers of NTB🛞 for over 10 years and we have never had any problems until recently. On Wednesday, April 29 my husband dropped his “WORK” van off to the facility for a possible Tune up & brake check. It was’nt ready for pick up until May 8th- over a week later but we had to return it on the same date because there was an oil leak. Mind you,There was no prior oil leak.Furthermore, the cost for the repairs was $2600, and after careful perusal of the invoice We noticed that there was a double charge for a part ( same part with different price). When contacted about that double charge, the higher priced was refunded), and upon further scrutiny, we noticed that some of the other prices were inflated as well, we priced a part that cost $28 & was charged $400! The cost for labor was excessive as well!. Needless to say, we are not happy and would like some investigation into this unscrupulous transaction. We are going to take pictures & have another mechanic check to see if NEW Parts were indeed installed on the van

  I came to get my oil changed and previously my tires changed. Anytime I call or come I am met with the most friendliest customer service. They are so helpful and patient especially Josh!! Service is prompt and top of the line! Thank you for all you do NTB!!

  Went in just to get a price check and ended up having a great experience. The staff was professional, upfront, and didn’t pressure anything. They took the time to explain options and pricing clearly, which made the decision easy. Ended up walking out with four new tires and couldn’t be happier with the service. Everything was done efficiently and the quality of work was top-notch. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for honest service and fair pricing.

  I had an alignment appointment for 1PM. At 2:50 I’m notified that my car tires are wearing unevenly and they’re balding from the inside and I need to buy 4 new tires before they can even start on my alignment. Completely BS why are y’all just now notifying me and I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours. I know they just want to upsell me to buy new tires. Not to mention every person in the waiting room, they tell them there is a problem with their car and they have to buy a service from them before they can continue. Stay away from this business!
