  Had a great experience with an inspection for tags. Got right in and was completed in 2 hours. Another nearby place offered to leave car for 2 days! Go here 1st to save time and get great, friendly service.

  After calling multiple tire shops to get a valve stem repaired on my tire; NTB came to the rescue. I pulled up and was helped immediately. They also switched the tire out with the spare that was currently on the vehicle AND put the spare back under the car for me to save me that hassle. Hassle free and speedy process!!

  Had defective battery under warranty and the place that installed kept scarce records. Bobby went full on detective calling the parts place where it was purchased and the original garage. Bobby kept me informed every step of the way on what was determined. Very pleased with the service I received at this NTB. Highly recommend. They have a very comfortable and cool waiting room as well.

  Total disaster of a shop. Brought what used to be a perfect running and driving Hyundai in for a noisy wheel bearing replacement, $429 after negotiating their crazy parts markup. 30 miles down the road the whole hub fell apart, causing my wife to nearly wreck, which also broke the CV axle and grooved the rotor face. Had vehicle towed back for them to fix what was now several problems they admittedly caused. They called asking for another $230 to replace the remainder of the front brakes which I declined, instead asking for $60 refund toward a new set of brakes/rotors I'd install myself, which they approved. Upon picking it up, I found they instead installed one new rotor on the front and would not approve any more refund, contrary to what was agreed on, after I've already ordered a brake set. But that's not all folks, upon getting it back the front end alignment is so bad it is hardly safe to drive, wandering all over the road. For my $429 I received: A week without a car, a traumatized wife, an afternoon spent reattaching a hub and dealing with a tow company, 3 trips to the shop, about 17 phone calls coordinating repairs with 3 different employees, and a car that still needed a brake job and front end alignment before it's safe to drive. I would say this shop should stick to tires, but since they marred up the face of a BBS wheel last time I got tires there, I don't think they are qualified for that either.

  I want to give a huge shout-out to James and Bobby at NTB Tire & Service Centers for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood exactly what was needed. What really stood out was their communication and honesty throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being performed. On top of that, the turnaround time was incredibly fast. They got me back on the road much quicker than expected without sacrificing quality. It's hard to find a team that combines great customer service, transparency, and efficiency the way James and Bobby do. If you're looking for a tire and service shop that truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend asking for James and Bobby. Thanks again for the excellent experience!
