  This place is a dump. All I needed was to get 4 tires replaced with one simple request to change the tire of the wheel in the trunk instead of the one on the car (the front driver tire had a hole so I had to switch it to be able to drive it to the tire shop.) Was told that was alright and it shouldnt take more than a hour but theyll call me when its done. 2 hours went by and I never got a call so I went back to see what was going on, turns out my car was “finished” but they just never called me. And they also it wasnt finished at all because they didnt touch the tire in the trunk but instead replaced the tire on the spare that already had a perfectly fine tire and a fairly obviously different rim. cherry on top was that none of the tires had valve caps (they all did before this) ended up taking another hour to fix there mistake for a total of 3 hours of waiting. Guy gave me 15 bucks off a $800 dollar tab for all this. This place is a joke do not bring your car here if you value your time.

  "I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! I was in a major 3-hour time crunch needing a specific brand and size of tire. Bobby and Alani went above and beyond to help me out. They even test-fitted a larger tire I was considering to ensure there wouldn't be any rubbing issues. Their friendly customer service and positive attitudes were refreshing. It’s rare to find people who care this much about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be returning to the Edinburgh, Chesapeake location. Thank you both!"

  I’ve been to a few by a before and always had great experiences at each of them. That’s why I go to them great honest work and great feedback. Unfortunately today was not that and the complete opposite. I have a 23 tundra front is leaved and has aftermarket uca. I knew the alignment would not be perfect cause it’s leveled and suspension stuff. I just wanted to be able to drive it without any issues perfect or not. I get the same response when I tell the front desk the same info, they said they can do it great. 2 1/2 hrs later it’s done and apparently they couldn’t do it to specs which I get it’s aftermarket stuff. The fact though I still got charged and also the alignment was worse when I left baffled me. I drove it in after working on it yesterday and it drove straight at least. Today the wheel was far right and screwed. I’m just disappointed in the whole experience, I’m glad they tried but the fact I got charged, sat for almost 3 hrs and it came back worse was not the experience I wanted. I did get recommended a place to go to get it done correctly so that’s a plus. Update* currently at another shop getting my alignment done professionally, now there saying from the bad alignment I had my wheel bearings are shot. I don’t even know where to start with everything

  These guys have taken great care of me on more than one occasion including after a catastrophic tire blow out and they quickly installed a suitable replacement tire and got me on my way. They even helped reinstall the fender liner that had been ripped out during the ordeal. Super nice, knowledgeable and helpful crew. I will definitely be brining them more businesses in the future!

  Great support from James this afternoon. We came in for new tires on our camper and James had us in and out in less then an hour. We take our cars and truck here also and have always had great service. Thanks, Chris
