  Great sales and service as usual with the First Team group. My last four purchases have all been through the First Team group (Honda and Subaru), and the team at First Team Toyota is just as great. They are willing to work with you to make deals to get the deal done. It was a pleasure working with Tim and Randy.

  With the help of Josh Bolden I was able to check out and test drive a Subaru, and purchase it, all at a Toyota dealership! He was able to show me how the car worked with the newer features (I have been driving my 2007 hybrid civic for over 18 years) which are foreign to me. I was interested in the Subaru Crosstrek, but Josh is the reason I bought this car and not one I was looking at with another dealership. He was genuine and I never felt pressured by him. I will send other friends his way looking for cars. Thanks Josh!

  Josh Bolden assisted us in finding a new car. He is an efficient, kind, and helpful person. He was very informative about during the test drive and explained many of the new features. In addition, he answered any and all my questions. He also researched and found all the items I was interested in and put together a comprehensive quote. If you’re looking at a new vehicle, ask for Josh and he’ll get the job done.

  Thank you to the service department for their excellent work! After several shops turned me away because they didn't have the knowledge or tooling to work on my old MR2, First Team told me they could work on it. Thanks to Julian, I've got my fun toy running again. I'd also like to note that Joilee was great to work with. She kept me updated on everything and provided better customer service than I could have imagined. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back because of the great experience I had.

  Not the absolute worst place you could go to, but still part of the whole First Team scam group. They really don't like making their customers aware of certain things or customers reminding them of their own policies. If you've purchased a vehicle from these people then you know the oil changes are free and they love to over charge you to rotate your tires, if they need them or not. What they hope you don't ask, or figure out, is that you can absolutely have it done somewhere else. Just keep the recipes to show the milage it was done at since it does need to be done at certain intervals. For instance, there's a store on College Dr, Discount Tire, that loves their customers. If you buy a set from there, they will rotate them for free when you need it. So after having BRAND NEW TIRES INSTALLED on my vehicle I dropped it off at First Team for an oil change and told them "It just got new tires put on so please don't touch them". They said ok and then never called me when it was done. I show up 15 minutes before closing and these idiots still tried to charge me for a tire rotation. Anyone with a room temperature IQ should've seen the stickers on all 4 tires and realized they were absolutely fine, but not at first team. Not at the home of trying to nickel and dime the customers to death. So, if you have service done at a qualified mechanic, which you are allowed to do and you're honestly better off doing, or have your tires rotated somewhere else, save all your receipts for proof. This was advised by my lawyer and I'm just passing the advise on to fellow consumers so you don't get scammed by these people. FYI, I've marked the wheels on several vehicles that they've attempted to collect payment for "rotating the tires" and I haven't paid because I proved they didn't do their job. I suggest doing the same if possible. $40-$60 for a 5-10 minute job is insane but it's worse when they're not even doing it and still sitting there with their hand out looking stupid. Also, check behind them on oil changes. A shop manager tried to argue that my oil looked burnt after an oil change because of "residuals" but after sending a sample in to a lab I found out my oil wasn't even changed. His statement afterwards was "well, you can bring the vehicles in for service if you want to". And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the First Team experience. .............UPDATE............ THEY HATE BEING CALLED OUT ON THEIR BAD MAINTENANCE. RUDE, IGNORANT AND HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS DISABLED VETERANS. AVOID FIRST TEAM DEALERSHIPS. AND FIRST TEAM NEEDS TO FIRE JIM.
