  How in the world are you able to make a reservation using their number then the local place calls and tells me they have no cars. Horrible business, recommend using the airport or any other place then this place.

  Good support person, pickup was on time, and the car upgrade was unexpected and we'll appreciated. Car was comfortable and clean, with a mpg rating of 40+, very financially a plus for our long trip.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would! Just wanted to let everyone know to beware of this enterprise location. The manager, Caleb, is a complete scam along with the rest of the corporation. I rented from them a while back and was given a raggedy car. Within two days of me having it, a low oil light popped and I contacted the branch. I was instructed by the branch to bring the car and swap it out for something else but I just returned the car. They apologized and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. A month later I received a bill from enterprise damage recovery unit for that rental stating damage to the engine and multiple other things didn’t happen when I had the car. I immediately called the branch and was continuously put on hold, so I decided to go up there. The branch manager, Caleb, took an hour and 30 mins to come out to speak to me regarding the situation. He was very short, claimed he didn’t know why i received that and said everything looked good on his end. Once I contacted the DRU, they stated that he was the one who actually reported this “damage” and also that he contacted me about it, which was false. When I disputed it, they said it would take at least two weeks to hear a decision. They got back to me the next business day, which is an indication that no investigation was done. Not to mention, a regional manager was supposed to speak to me regarding this matter and it never happened. I also left several voicemails with supervisors in the damage unit and no one has gotten back to me till this day. The claims adjuster, Ebony, they assigned to my case is very nasty; she has been refusing my request for documentation and also tries to speak over me while I am talking. It is very infuriating that I am being falsely accused of damage I didn’t do. I must mention that I paid for the carfax and the car hadn’t had a oil change in well over a year. Please beware of enterprise, especially this branch! I will contacting the BBB and also the attorney general of the state to assist!
